"After a long day of travel and wanting sustenance of a vegan variety, my daughter found this site listed and off we went. It was an amazing little restaurant down an alley and we sat outside in the nippy weather served by the charming staff. I had the fish and chips and it was delicious jack fruit with a layer of nori coated in crumbs and fried perfectly. My daughter had the lasanga and though we were warned not to get more...we did...and couldn 't eat it all. We would gladly returne but were told that they were losing their chef and would close. I saw their site still listed here so decided to post a review hoping that others can and will enjoy this restaurant."

This is a cozy space where you can find comforting vegan food. We had the macaronni cheese and the vegan fish and chips and it was very tasty. The hot chocolates were delicious as well. Very recommended!

The service was exceptional, the choices were awesome, I really enjoyed my no-tuna toastie. Great coffee and lovely setting for a cafe. As I ate too much I got the home made carrot cake to go, and that was also delicious! View menu

Its not been the easiest thing to have a vegan meal whilst on tbe NC500 but that was remedied by a trip to the Alleycat. The gentlemen who served us was lovely and food came readily. Too much milkshake was made so my daughter got a top up. Lovely littke cafe.

Such a hidden gem downtown Inverness! My partner and I are vegetarian so we’re glad to find this place. We got the vegan hot dogs, seasonal soup and side salad. All were hearty and delicious. The vibes inside were also extremely cozy and staff was super friendly!

Small cafe, rather basic, but nice to have a fully vegan menu to choose from. I was expecting great things having read some of the reviews, but I wasn 't terribly impressed. The soup was rather watery, and the vegan haggis in a toastie was a bit bland. Cheap and cheerful, fine for a quick lunch stop. View menu

Great service in this cosy quirky gem of a vegan cafe. The hosts were so welcoming and informative . We had vegan Mac n cheese and a delicious winter salad with gorgeous home made hummus. Lovely oat milk latte and two American coffees to accompany our meal. We took home three vegan cakes for takeaway treats and they were mmmmmmmm delicious. It was good value and so friendly…we look forward to returning and next time playing a board game or two….

Came with my sister for lunch, not overly busy, we came about 12.30, perfect time really as it does seem a popular place to eat. About 5 tables (2 seats 4 seats and 6 seats I think) and a breakfast bar place to eat as well. We had a lovely Chickpea Salad and Fries with an Oat Latte. Very filling and tasty. Friendly and helpful staff member (did very well considering, he was the only one there at the time) I'm ashamed to say that I didn't ask his name. Would definitely go again. Little NicNacs to buy as well and board games available to play whilst there I think, perhaps over a slice of cake and coffee which looked amazing.
