This charming pub in a charming village is comfortable and friendly. We didn't stay for dinner because we already had another reservation, but the menu looked very enticing.

We had the Tomahawk steak tonight which was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. The blue cheese and port sauce was exceptional as was the sticky toffee pudding to follow. Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall an excellent meal.

Menu looks great, however food was tasteless and not cooked well. Ended up having to send it back! Waitress was friendly but not experienced in how to wait at all. Complained to manager, no sorry, just tried telling us that the food was fine! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

What a fantastic night, great staff. The food was absolutely delicious and amazing. Great sized potions, nothing wasn’t any problem. Had a table of 12 and the food was brought out all together, all served as ordered. Not one complaint from any of us. Highly, highly recommend. Definitely one we will all come again View menu

We had a delightful Sunday lunch at this restaurant. The staff was very welcoming and provided excellent service. The food was delicious, and they had a great selection for vegans. We were even able to bring our dog with us and keep him under the table. The ambience was lovely, and the serving staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this restaurant!

My wife and I had a wonderful long weekend at The Bell. The room was cozy and spotless. But the highlight was the delicious food! We enjoyed a cooked breakfast every morning, which was just right. The dinner we had on our first night was so good that we ended up going back for more on other days. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. If we lived closer, The Bell would definitely be one of our top choices for dining out.

I visited tonight with my family for our get together, The Bell is always busy but somehow the food and service is always of the same standard, the staff just seem to be running around a little quicker and were still smiling. Some of the highlights tonight were the Jamaican patties, Scallops and King prawns, steak sizzler from the specials board, Sea-bass and the old favourite chocolate sundae!! The staff tonight were so busy but nothing was too much trouble even when it came to singing happy birthday. They also have toffee vodka which my daughter enjoyed greatly.
