"The restaurant was extremely busy for the time of year, but the food was of excellent quality. I ordered the homemade lamb and mint pie, and it was absolutely delicious. My two friends chose the fish and chips, which were a great deal at 2 for £25, and they were just as pleased with their choice. Unfortunately, there was no signal to take photos, but I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this pub; it has a lovely atmosphere. One noteworthy detail is the outdoor seating next to a fast-flowing stream, which is particularly charming in good weather. There is also plenty of parking available across a small bridge."

Spent a wonderful Sunday afternoon here. Superb roast dinner followed by an afternoon in the bar with great live music and friendly locals. You can’t really ask for more on a wet Sunday. Driving back from Looe we fancied a Sunday lunch and happened upon the Copley Arms.. car park full we weren't hopeful but we got a table in the bar which was warmed by log fire. Fantastic front of house staff and wow what amazing value sirloin of roast beef with ALL the trimmings. Wish we had a pub like this near my house Food drinks: Amazing roast Service: 5 Location: 5

We cannot recommend this place for sleeping. However, the pub is quite nice. As for the rooms, they are basic and outdated. We didn't have any issues with the hot water, which is activated by a pull cord. If they were better maintained, they could be more appealing, but unfortunately, they are in poor condition. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 1, the service a 2, and the location a 4.
