"I must say, this is one of my favourite restaurants in the area! The food always surpasses my expectations, the beverages are sublime, and the staff are so welcoming! The bathrooms are of excellent standard and you can tell they are maintained very well. The only issue is the atmosphere. Though warming and welcome, it can feel a little empty. Alas, it varies from person to person. We waited around 15-20 minutes for our food, which I find is around average for similar restaurants in the area. I highly recommend the Hunter’s chicken and Steak Pie, and will definitely be coming back again."

Great menu, service was really slow today considering it wasn't busy. Still good food with good vegetarian options.

On our first visit to Falkirk, this restaurant was recommended by a local and we really enjoyed our evening. The staff were welcoming and obliging, food was well presented and delicious, portions were very generous.

Went for a birthday dinner here and it was a great experience. Food was hot and delicious, didn't have to wait long. Decent prices, music was quiet and staff were friendly. Will be back during the summer. WAY better than the Beefeater across the road!!

Haven't been to the Copper Top for a long while but really enjoyed our meal tonight. It's a really nice pub restaurant in Camelon, Falkirk. Traditional bar food done well at a decent price. The service was friendly and attentive and we will definitely be back soon.

We arrived on a Wednesday evening as a table of 8 without a reservation and a table was made up for us with no problem. The atmosphere was lovely. Menu had a good choice of starters, mains and light bites. Service was excellent. Food was tasty and dishes were very generous. I would recommend eating here.

Been a long time since we had been here so thought it worth a try. Unfortunately not for me. Food wasn’t great. Good portion sizes and the meat in the steak pie was nice. That’s about the best I can say. The rest of the meal was poor quality and bland. Staff were ok and it’s a nice enough place to sit. I wouldn’t go back here again

Stumbled across this place on a barge holiday the pub we were originally heading for was closed, but turns out it was all for the best. The food was great, with vegan and gluten free dishes clearly marked. The only thing better than the food was the service; friendly, funny Scottish hospitality at its best. Only thing I'd change is to offer a craft beer or two. But maybe thats just me being fussy!

"Horrendous attitude from one of the owners/family helpers called Lee. I would like to highlight that Sonia provided a professional customer service experience in comparison to Lee. Placed the order at arrived at When I called at to find out...what was happening, Sonia offered to phone the driver to find out the situation for me, which was good. Whilst waiting on Sonia phoning me back, I received a call from Lee asking me to tell her what the problem was, I explained her colleague was dealing with it she then went on to explain how busy they are, which is understandable and I understand the challenges businesses have at the moment, owning my own. But there was no apology. In fact Lee (who at this point I did not know was the owner/family helper until Sonia told me) went on to tell me it was my fault I ordered from Just eat as they had their own orders to fill first?? Eh hello? It doesn't matter how I place my order, I chose your business to order my dinner from!. Anyway I explained to her that I didn't like her tone of voice and felt she was being really aggressive with me. She asked me if I wanted to cancel my order,I said we have been waiting two hours, so we may as well wait, however she was very forceful and kept saying no I will cancel, I will cancel and then decided to put the phone down on me. I couldn't believe how I had been treated as a customer! Then Sonia kindly phoned back to apologise and I asked whoever that was, should not be in a customer role and I was shocked to be spoken to in that way. She then went on to inform me Lee is the owner/family helper! Shocking. Sonia asked for my details and explained she would let the other owner know what had happened. hours later, I've not heard a peep from the restaurant. So I've made the decision to leave a review after explaining to them, this is what I would do. After waiting over and a half hours and using them for the first time, the food was below average. The pakoras and rice was nice, however the chicken korma was inedible, it was stringy and chewy, the lamb bhuna sauce was nice, the lamb was fatty and chewy. So all that wait for pakora and rice and sauce. We won't be back! Horrendous way to speak and treat customers!"
