We ate here, fish and chips and gammon and chips. Best chips we have ever had. Lovely pub, really relaxed. Great view outside. All very good, thank you.

Absolutely brilliant place.. fantastically clean and friendly place... superb staff. Would definitely come here everytime I'm in the area ..food looks and smells amazing And dog friendly!!

Accommodation booking cancelled with no reason given and phone numbers didn't work. Evebtually told this pub has been taken over and cancellation beyond their control. Have found another place now and looking at recent reviews seems we dodged a bullet.

I had the gammon and my wife the haddock which were both great. Need to mention the chips with which my wife agreed .with. Best chips ever-light and fluffy inside and crispy to the outside.and perfect colour. If you order anything get it with the...chips.

we stayed close and came to dinner, the pub has only begun to open again on the montages Tuesdays we were advised. happy for us, really nice pub, excellent decor with beautiful comfortable sitting. eating was very good and very reasonable,... highly recommended

eating is just average when they are served, burned rice, not even asked how our meal was, what was disappointing, not good enough. have read so many positive that we certainly have not experienced the same, prices do not justify the quality. the left feeling... especially underwhelmed.

Great food in a very pleasant environment and dog friendly. I had the ribeye steak and it was perfect! Portions are generous. The staff were excellent, very friendly and made us feel welcome with a 5 year old and the dog. We were instantly given...a bowl of water for the dog when we sat at our table which was a great touch. Highly recommend if you are in the area I would definitely visit again.

When an establishment looks after my dog before me, they have my utmost respect! Bowl of water brought before they even took our drinks order! We were waiting for another member of our group to arrive but they were very patient and we asked for...a couple of starters to come whilst we waited, which they did. Food was amazing. Friendly staff. Ambiance superb. Lovely decor. My son loved the pictures with the dog heads! Made him giggle!! We will definitely return!

This is a poor place. Service is horrific, and the staff make up blatant lies lol. I review food as a bit of a laugh on TIk tok and i reviwed this a 3/10 which was generous. Then one of their supervisors who must be about 12 becuase i saw no one there older than a teenager said i was loud and homophobic what a load of absolute waffle, i was dining with my mrs and she has a sister who is a homosexual so she 'd hammer me if i said anything like that. So this is just pure deflection and proper nonsense. wouldnt usually slam a place on google but thats deserved. clowns.
