"An overall good experience along with fast, friendly service on a busy weekend evening. The menu is varied however no option for a chicken burger, just beef. Good portion sizes and the food was fresh and tasty. One thing to note is the 'Angry Orchard ' cider, this is imported from the US and has a very sweet taste made with apple juice from concentrate. I understand the American theme with the food, but no need to use cider made in America when there are plenty of local breweries to choose from. I would recommend booking in advance if you are heading here."

Thought the menu was a bit restricted and not sure what to expect. Had the beef brisket, OMG was the best. My friend had the chicken wing fillets. Devine. Service outstanding. Really was fantastic. Loved it all.

We had a wonderful evening last night with a group of 5 people. We were taken care of very well and the food was exceptional, especially the brisket. The dessert options were also excellent and we will definitely be returning.

a jewel of a money. the food is cooked for perfection and tasted exquisitely. there is also a lot of it, so not over order! the personal is great and the decor is amazing. Although we are not local, we will definitely be back. can not recommend this place very much. it's a 10/5 of us! View menu

While, in all honesty, when I walked by I was expecting a Korean barbecue, this is nevertheless a killer (regular) barbecue joint with a couple Asian flavours still. The pulled pork, beef brisket and crispy spicy wing where delicious, but the bullgogi beef brisket nap buns were insane.

well made korean cowgirl! your meat festival was not disappointed as Valentine's Day. great attentive staff, a playlist that has not jumped to the romantic classics (wham and aerosmith some higjlights) and as always eating was exemplary. every single element was delicious, and they didn't even judge us for the order of milkshakes with desert, thank you for a beautiful evening! Went on a date with my partner here. The atmosphere was honestly my favourite thing- a small place with a big heart (and big choice for the menu). Obviously, as a student this isn't somewhere I can afford to go to regularly but on the off-chance that I can, I will. We had the brisket, the sausage, korean slaw and chips and it was one of the nicest meals I've eaten in a long time. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

We love it here. We have been a number of times and never been disappointed. We went there on a Saturday evening and sat outside and it was the best. Food is really well cooked and the portions are just right. Also had some cocktails which were just right for the meal. Only 2 comments really. Inside can be quite small and noisey and the cocktails can take some time. Other than that it is amazing and can't wait to come back.

"After never visiting Canterbury before we where looking for somewhere to have a late lunch, we came across this place which looked ok, upon entering the back room we were offered to take a seat in the front area and someone will be with us. We asked what food there was and we where sarcastically shown the food on the blackboard, after choosing what we wanted the polite man went off and put the order in. We did feel that because the man had asked a couple of questions to another member of staff that he was spoke down too a bit. Anyway after placing the order and what we wanted the food came out it wasn’t correct but because it seemed like we were going to interrupt the people in the back room we just took what we had. It was nice food though. When we went to pay we hadn’t noticed that there wasn’t a price list so when we asked for the bill we were told that it was donation, what we thought was enough, it wasn’t posted anywhere and it took us by surprise as we where standing at the till, I was going to pay in cash but was told they don’t take cash so I had to give my donation in card by telling the person how much we where donating. After plucking a figure out of air as we wasn’t prepared we paid and left. Upon leaving we felt that the person we paid thought we hadn’t paid enough and wasn’t happy with the amount but after working out what we would have paid properly we worked out that we had paid more than what it might have been if there was a proper price on everything. Overall it has a great ethos and it’s great for giving people the experience that they need to be in a working environment but they need to show the price or tell customers first that it’s donations and card only."
