"that cannot praise enough. he started with a terrine. very nice I thought. moved to 35 days steak. £30 I was thinking it was a little rather than her predatory type places, but hey I am on vacation and in nathan outlaws restaurant, so I expect it to be a little higher. it was worth every penny. she saw perfection and proper melt in mouth cut and finally the desert. Now this is not really something I should be proud of, but I know my sticky toffee puddings and have a top five list where I had them (yes pretty sad). after having two poor versions in cornwall, I came with a argument that if they are square cut, then they are probably better, as single people in a round pudding seem to be the poorer wise. she said it was round, so I rejected a desert. my party ordered one for me at some point and I could not have been wrong if I had tried. this desert went straight to no1. heavenly. great view over the bay/Sea rek has a beautiful evening and all others also enjoyed their meal. I'll be back in rock."

absolutely blown away from this place, the service was beyond and beyond what they would expect for a pub. contempt, friendly, timely, polite and even the time taken to take my email for a recipe to be emailed! I myself and my faust had the pork, completely stunning and cooked to perfection, 2 people I had eaten with steak, and said it was melted in mouth amazing, and my mother had the soul she said was just raised. Beyond that, the look was completely stunning with views of the harbour, only so relaxing. will be 100% again for more. well made mr. outlaw!

Well, my family have been visiting the Mariners for as long as I can remember. The service has always been excellent, great food............ and yes I am fussy eater. Rock and the surrounding area is dog friendly, so to have The Mariners among others as a dog friendly, with great beers, thanks to sharps brewery and fab food thanks to Zack and the dedicated service team is a always a bonus. If you have experience sticky table then unlucky, bone left in fish.... unlucky. Remember this is a busy active PUB, with a sailing/beach life community and not a top Michelin star restaurant.

the food was absolutely delicious. I had the pork and you could taste every element on the plate that accompanied it together with a beautiful sauce. my man had the butter chicken curry he enjoyed very much. the only **** was that my meal was lukewarm. I put this right away and immediately our waitress said that they would make me a very fresh dish and we wouldn't be charged. I was happy with it. we were also offered free desserts. that we thought was a very beautiful gesture and unexpected. for me, this is a big customer service. many places would not have done that. the only other smaller point is that it wasn't full, but we were in a corner, so maybe not the full atmosphere. the fine cook...
