"A big thank you to all the staff we had a lovely evening. The food was good but we would have been disappointed if paid full price for the main courses. Some dishes weren't hot enough. Service was appalling due to what seemed a shortage of waiting staff. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated when the table was booked then waited over 40 minutes for our order to be taken. We were overcharged due to another tables desserts added to our bill in error.
