"Placed in the middle of the buzzing Harborne, The Plough is an outstanding pub and it's one of my favourites in the area. With plenty of excellent pubs to choose from in Harborne, it’s a hard decision finding an ideal one to start a pub crawl in the area. But if you’re looking for something to eat, first thing in the morning, The Plough is definitely worth stopping by Breakfast menu in The Plough is definitely not an average one. Not even the traditional Full English is that simple. Going for a smoked salmon, scrambled egg and toast was the best option I could have. You can't go wrong with salmon and eggs in the morning. Not only was The Plough visually pleasing but so was the food and it did not disappoint. We came here for a quick breakfast out of whim only to be left in awe with the quality of our food as well as service. Although it was on the slightly pricey side, I had The House Breakfast which was it was very much worth it as the food was superb, especially the homemade beans!

the plow is one of those pubs that everyone should have in front of the door. Hip-but-cosy interior, great eating, relaxed moods, and very, very good looking personal. the latest addition to their menu is “Boca Grande”, a tacos and tequila held at night on Wednesday evenings. I was invited with some of my friends to try it out, and was impressed to find that even on a weekday the place was to eat, drink and happy.

This place never disappoints. This gem of a pub is within walking distance of my work place. Today's trip was a lovely quick cappuccino. The menu has something to suit everyone. Before midday, you can indulge in a breakfast, from a healthy porridge to a full on English breakfast. Lunch until the evening can be everything from bruschetta to a burger. The plough classic is definitely a must. My one warning about this place are its HUGE man size portions!!

Apparently Monday night is two for one' pizza night, which would have been great, but I was on my own. Oh well. The pub s'stripped back, modern' in style, and the pizza was actually good. Thin, crispy base, OK topping (well, actually quite a weird mature of toppings spiced been, jalapeno peppers, mushrooms) with some the hottest jalapeno peppers I have tasted in a long time. At it is reasonably expensive (although it was two for one night). Not bad at all.

Best pub in Harborne. I really like this pub and here is why. The beers are excellent and the wine is good quality with a selection to choose from. Good atmosphere, always friendly, never any trouble. Food is great and good value. Decent regular barstaff though they are sometimes too busy chatting when they could be serving. The owner (name unknown) is a very likeable gent who leads by example Too many children during the day, Sunday lunchtime is like a creche. It would help if some of the urban trendy parents tried to control their brats a little better.

telefoniert heute was said that we could not book that we could simply go, great we thought as traveling from there are no tables, but we were told we could go to a waiting list and a table would be about minutes to an hour ready, no waiting area inside, although we registered in the text service and said we would be getting over the way to the pubs over our children for a drink, why we waited. I didn't come back an hour later to say there weren't any tabs yet I pointed out that was free and big enough for us, but was said it was reserved, I said I waited for an hour what happened? the girl now in front of the house unfortunately told me there...read more

a pub on the outskirts of town, known to have some of the best food in the country, has its own solid stamp on the birmingham culinary card. founded for years, the plough is one of the most popular gastro food spots in the city and is currently available for all restaurants in birmingham on tripadvisor. many a good word was said about the plough in harborne. too many to ignore. I would publish a photo on instagram by the plough in november of her boca grande tacos. a selection of seasoned pork, chili shredded cod, buffalo chicken, bon chili or slowly boiled chorizo available on Wednesday our plans had brought us to birmingham in the januar and as it...read more
