Lovely afternoon tea here sandwiches and cakes were delicious and so was the Prosecco!!

Had afternoon tea here, food was good, tea spot on, the orangery was really nice where we ate and the lady serving us was so nice! Definitely reccomend!

Used a Groupon voucher for an afternoon tea very pleased with the service and had a lovely afternoon tea lovely selection of sandwiches and cakes and the scones especially were really nice View menu

The food was cold, tasteless and not to mention, the service was awful. As I was feeling ill at the time, I ordered the soup and it was terrible. I might as well have not eaten at all. The hotel is fantastic but the food...isn't great.

Me and my partner visited here for afternoon tea, we was there for a total of minutes and in that whole time we wasn't served a drink even after asking times. The deal we had ordered was also meant to come with a...glass of prosecco which we never recieved. Sandwiches were nice but the cakes were rather stale...wouldn't recommend!

Popped on as we have done several time’s pre lock down. It has never been amazing but it is actually a nice venue to sit and have a quiet drink. The issue is the selection of wines is dire and they don’t stock what is...on the tiny menu. The service is very hit and miss and I would say more miss than hit. It is a shame because there is an obvious lack of training and it feels chaotic even though it was dead. We won’t be going back as when you can’t get a glass of wine as it’s either not chilled or not in stock then they serve you warm Champagne it’s time to find a new venue. View menu

not my usual type of hunting, but I must say, on a bitter cold night and starting to rain my twin brother and I fell in here and I must say that I was quite impressed. a modern, chic interior, bright and airy, cool decor...and furniture and many seating possibilities are distributed in this bar. we were warmly welcomed by a very pleasant member of the bar team, we ordered john smiths brewery bitter, kept in excellent condition, we cooled and warmed up while we immerse our bitter. my bitter was good, a much underestimated beer style in my opinion, but if it served cold and in untouched condition such a refreshing brew in the did. we really enjoyed our bitter here,only stayed for those before...

The restaurant looked great, all laid out with set tables and enticing looking glasses, and with just a couple of couples dining on their starters we came in expecting some fine dining. It was between Christmas and New Year and a people sparse COVID-free) environment...was an appealing find. This is the restaurant for Hilton Doubletree, and since we were staying with Hampton by Hilton (no restaurant in the evening) we figured here would be good. The Yorkshire bar&grill in St Maurices road in York is a really stylish restaurant and bar that offers an upmarket food menu and an excellent drinks range. This is an excellent place and somewhere I normally wouldn't visit but we where on our way to...a few pubs inside the city walls and went in here for a few beers.
