"there are evenings that stay in a long night. in the adverse times when we live, social experiences have become true rarities. the pandemic has been firmly in our hands for months and restricts our lives. When the opportunity arises to leave behind for a few hours the high incidence values, the continuous self-tests and the other corona rules, then this is a true blessing. It is even more happy to share this time with a sympathetic fellow, whom you have not seen for a long time. this happened on a Saturday evening february, when I had agreed to a culinary “veter evening” with borgi, my good palate-cumple. the place of the spatia we already laid down weeks before. the topaz, bremen's first brasserie at the square, was just good enough for that. Abendessen im Topaz. Sehr empfehlenswert, denn hier findet man eine ausgezeichnete und kreative Küche. Wir besuchten das Topaz zu dritt und waren alle begeistert. Danke auch noch einmal an den Service, der immer einen lockeren Spruch auf den Lippen hatte. Wir kommen gerne wieder! View menu

Also der Service ist richtig gut, Freundlich, zuvorkommend und alles was man sich erwünscht! Das Essen ist dem Preis entsprechend schlecht... oder eher das Essen ist in Ordnung aber dem Preis nicht gerechtfertigt! Gefühlte 20€ für ein Happen an Vorspeise, welche Grade so ok ist, ist viel zu überteuert! Vom Service her würden wir gerne wieder kommen aber die Gerichte der Küche sollte vielleicht noch mal neu Kalkuliert werden!!!

Wunderschönes Lokal, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit offener Küche. Kleine, aber feine Karte. Das Wiener Schnitzel hat mich begeistert, der Malbec war sehr gut, der Preis auch. Die drei Desserts auf der Karte waren innovativ auch mal was anderes. Aber die 5 Sterne wurden insbesondere vom Personal verdient. Obwohl ich anfangs ziemlich unfreundlich wurde, weil ich mit unserem Tisch unzufrieden war, hat die Inhaberin diplomatisch und professionell reagiert sie kam auch umgehend mit einer Lösung. Ich habe gefühlt, dass der Gast dort geschätzt wird das erlebt man leider in Bremen nicht so oft! Ich komme wieder.

"in general: in the “Q1 metropolitan kitchen bar” expect a “most popular dishes from the trendy new yorker town parts little italy and Soho”. “The offer is rounded off by the best prime beef steaks from the lavasteingrill.” now I don’t count to those who follow trends and read the reading of the q1 with an “Aha” schnarch and no “Oha” inspiring. But for a once again pleasing evening with good friends and the claim to find a restaurant beyond grieche, italian co., I stayed hanging after more thorough research at q1. interieur, map and interieur. after the visit I can add that the service and the atmosphere are also appealing. a complete address for the brewer's inner city and well suited for a classic "going out", the q1 is also waiting with a bar service that can prepare or complete the culinary process. the price level is raised but not yet lifted. a fuffi should be put in per head if you want to stay a little longer in q1 and are to be starved and thirst properly defeated.
