"Just OK. Went for dinner for my friend's birthday, 2-4-1 cocktails are decent enough, service wasn't the best considering the time we arrived on Friday it wasn't super packed. Our waitress was nice enough when she did come over. Food overall was just OK, most of the dishes looked nice but the taste was just alright. I had the hot chick fried chicken burger, it was so dry I ended up putting my Slaw in the burger to give it some juice, but the heat in the chicken was nice. Sweet potato fries was delicious. I think I would go back just for the cocktails and maybe just order a couple of sides or small plates. Great DJ, lovely venue and atmosphere."

What fantastic service from Jack. The main reason we come to eat here is because of the service Jack provides. He makes ur night! Of course food is great as expected. From the gorgeous girls...Lindsey and T ;

First time visiting this restaurant and the food is delicious except for the dessert which was a brownie. The staff are nice and friendly however not as attentive as we expected. The dessert brownie was a bit dry and more like a cake than a brownie. The jerk pit wings are delicious. Mac and cheese is super yummy.

Went for the Bottomless Brunch. Food excellent, lovely cocktails! Upgraded the food option to include a prawn starter. Staff very attentive, hardworking and friendly. Special mention to Aisha, although very busy, she still afforded my party the personal touch, nothing was too much bother. Very personable young lady. Well done Turtle Bay, Ealing!

First time here for my daughter's birthday (party of 4) and was blown away, everything was so good, from the service to the food and drinks. Amazing. Freshly made Mac and cheese without jerk gravy was made so thanks to the chef. Antonio and Richie were absolutely brilliant, a massive thankyou to them both, made our evening. Thankyou, we will definitely be back again.

Visited a few weeks ago, served by Jara who was hella solid. Gave us the lowdown on whats good and will suit our tastebuds. Super sweet, served us quick and had a great vibe. Cheesecake was banging- as she promised. I wonder why its not printed on the menus though? If you want dessert i'd highly rec it, it was banoffee. Drinks were also nice, can't go wrong with happy hour here.

Decided to see what has changed on turtles' bay menu. They seem to update it often. Had the Kingston fried chicken with fries and slaw. Or you could have it with mac and cheese. Was seated promptly and very polite staff. Food took a min but it was worth the wait. Absolutely the best fried chicken ever. If you want moist, tender and delicious fried chicken, then this is the place. The portions were just right. Can't wait to try it again.

Staff here are nice. I think that’s why it’s got a lot of 5 stars. However, the jerk chicken and ribs are blend. I still don’t know what jerk flavour is after having half a chicken and ribs. The garlic prawns were salty with INDIAN (not Caribbean) curry flavour. The roti under the prawns was rubbery. The fish balls were like rubber balls, too rubbery. The pepper sauce bottles were mostly empty. Perhaps supply chain problem or simply cannot be bothered.

The food and drink itself was amazing, with choices for all. The serving staff were efficient and friendly. My issue is that when we sat down for our bottomless brunch the manager started giving us a speech about why we should all order the same drink at the same time to make it easier (they're were 11 of us). I can't say for sure but we were convinced that he was telling the bar serving staff to slow us down as there were several times we were waiting on service whilst nothing was happening at the bar.

"If you live in or visit Hanwell you must take a lazy walk down by the locks and build up an appetite before heading to the W7 Emporium. It’s a little white door by a crappy old man pub sat next to a small florist. Open the door and the atmosphere is straight away comfortable, your away from the street and simply relaxed and at home. The staff are friendly and offer as much banter as you want to be involved with so this is nice and a change from the branded offerings. The furniture is mix and match and the space light and airy so it fits well with Hanwells vibe and there is an outdoor space for the summer. The menu I would describe as funky modern Mediterranean, and there are no sausages which for me can be an issue. But if I’m being 100% honest I couldn’t care less here, the options here are well thought and imaginative. If you want a fry up there are other places in Hanwell to get one but if you want a Mexican there is only one place and that’s here. Ok I’ve given away my ultimate fave thing on the menu it’s what I have and it’s spot on. Poached eggs, nice bread, salad, crispy bacon, avocado and spicy sauce all out together and presented beautifully. So here we go it’s hands down the best place in Hanwell and if you want wine with brunch that’s fine because they serve that too. Have a couple then walk back to the canal and enjoy the afternoon whatever the season it’s a regular weekend jaunt and a compromise between a fry up for me and something healthy for the wife. In the eternal battle of good verses evil the Emporium emerges victorious every time."
