when I thought the stand with the saschimi and the two plates with maki are just the start until I realized that this is the whole buffet. the selection was very clear and not very exciting. in such an elevated ambiente, I would have expected much more creativity and diversity. you have to stand for 10 minutes until you have something on the plate again.
