"this place is an absolute must in hamburg. without any doubt the best meal I had in Germany since alfredos in köln with my deceased father and mother. a colleague from hamburg recommended delta bistro and she was on site. it was really great....In the vicinity of the fair she does not expect such a great restaurant in the location, but as soon as they go up the stairs to the restaurant, they immediately get a good mood. it is a very elegant restaurant with an extensive menu and a wine card. the sommelier and the manager kai is a really big guy and he recommended an excellent German red wine. it was really top notch. the starters were excellent. I had a goat starter and my friend a thun-fishtar he said was extraordinary. for matins we both had the pfeffersteaks, which were actually filets with excellent pfeffer sauce on the side. both were cooked exactly as ordered, medium rarely and the knife was sliding through the meat. sublime. up there with steak in chicago, as I had best. I had the white and milk chocolate mousse to finish, while my friend had cream robe. both were sensational. service was excellent. highly recommended. closed on Sunday."

in a part of the city that is more industrial, this is an oasis of eating. persevere with the delta bistro it is worth. steaks are very good, like the wine card and service.

Don't be put off by this restaurant being on the industrial estate. It was vibrant and the food was fantastic. The steak was perfect. The schnitzel was huge. Had a great evening!

The place is behind the Messe Congress Center in a hidden street! I was alone and I was lucky to get a table, otherwise, reservation is obligatory! Place, food and wine are all excellent! Must Go!

the experience is quite good: the steaks were made perfect, the starters were exceptional and tasty. on the other hand, there were only a few wine varieties. the dinner is worth paying the price they charge.

You want to eat great steak/food? Go here. I visited the Delta Bistro twice already and each night was an awesome experience. I order the lamb and it is really good. It taste very juicy and tender. Try the tomahawk steak Eur for...that gorgeous piece of meat but it's worth every cent! The service is quick and friendly. stars well deserved!

more amazing place to eat, it is not easy to find and they need to make sure that they plan how to get there. we have booked our lunch table and I recommend you do the same. the service is excellent and the staff is very helpful. Quality... eating is also excellent and really study the menu as there are many to choose. was our last lunch in hamburg and the prefect choice.

Delta Bistro is located in the meat packing district of Hamburg with only a few street lamps... From the outside it doesn't look particularly inviting, but don't be fooled. When you get inside and when you sit there enjoying the great food and top service,...you know you're in the right place... I can only say if you're visiting Hamburg don't miss out Delta Bistro for a plate of oysters or a perfect steak!!!

We stumbled upon Delta Bistro when leaving an exhibition and what a find it is, it’s entrance gives you a preview of the butchers and wine store to make it feel so authentic and really wet your appetite you instantly get a feeling of “these...guys know what they’re doing” I am now surprised they were able to seat us as I would expect somewhere of this quality to be fully booked every night.
