"is composed by a tasting of 60€ per person without including drinks. maximum 8 people so it is very intimate. The chef diego is very kind and diligent. the dishes were pretty good, some weirder than others in so combinations but pretty good. We started with a plate of 4 small entrances: a crocante, one of seafood, another of octopus and a gyoza. The best were gyoza and octopus. Then some sparkling croquettes that were very good. Then a pear shy they recommended to eat it in combination of the grapes passed in and the goat cheese with orange center and yes, it was just fine but taking a bite of everything was great. Then followed a scalphated egg with alcachoke and boletus cream, it was pretty good though for my drop it was just a little short. Then came the main fish, the salmon was perfect, came with a chutnik of mango that was the perfect touch, but it was very little and did not give for the whole dish and salmon in case it was only sooth because the fried algae did not bring any flavor. Then the main dish of meat, which was a paton, that to my particularme did not get me (the only thing from the menu I would get.) of dessert, was the perfect closing, for my best dish, amazing, torrijas with cheese ice cream, there are no words for this dessert. Then diego gave us a tour of the house, the studio and the cave in the basement and told us many stories. The only thing that united would improve is a little bit of the reservations, the date is at 9:00, we had to get out of a place and run because we almost didn't get there in time, we arrived at 9:01 and sat down to dinner at 9:45."

dinner was good, but the value-price ratio seems very decompensated. 129,50€ for 2 menus, 2 glass of wine and a bottle of water is ladysiado elevated for the menu offered.

original. a new way to enjoy the kitchen. José lópez is an expert chef with whom we have hallucinated with such dishes. restaurant in a charming hotel. the paco house look in a toledo can be one of the most original places in a spider: the story behind it and its beginning.

Just sensational. a unique experience, fun, pleasant and gastronomically amazing. sharing table with 6 other people, a priori can demotivate but for nothing. that you have the feeling that they cook for you alone and that they tell you the dishes in a simple and sometimes fun way, it's a luxury. Well, well, well. a place to repeat in our next toll visit.

In a sea of guitars and Andalusian patio, an island arises where to taste the cuisine of the chef josé lópez, made art toledano. without revealing the surprises of this restaurant, for me to visit, I will only say that gastronomic excellence is only eclipsed by the one offered in personal treatment. the presentation, the exhibition and the tasting of the dishes have exceeded my expectations. a luxury within reach of all. thanks for everything.
