"Booked a reservation online with the Fork. Arrived at restaurant, no reservation. Showed them reference number and booking email, made no difference. Restaurant was pretty empty and so they gave me a seat, right in front of the door. Not fun when it's 2 degrees outside and the door is in constant use. Asked if we could move away from the door, but told other tables were for people who actually had reservations. I had a reservation made in good faith, but not my fault it hasn't been picked up. Food and waiting staff was good quality, just initial experience and refusal to move to empty tables (which were still empty when we left) was disappointing."

I went to lunch at hard rock wherever I found it and I always found myself well. the menu is standard for all cafes and therefore does not reserve surprises. Great!

When ordering the burger remember to State that it should be 100% Vegan, otherwisw they will serve you a non Vegan bun. The burger itself is not that good a bot boring I have to say. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.
