"I have dined at this restaurant twice and the food was very good both times, but the service was a bit overwhelming. There was only one waitress working for the entire restaurant and she seemed to be extremely busy. I felt sorry for her as she was running around trying to keep up. Unfortunately, we didn't have time for dessert because we could only park in the parking lot for one and a half hours."

While the service and food were enjoyable, adding some music could enhance the atmosphere. It wasn't a place where you would want to linger for too long.

beautiful waitress and good service, nice to sit and chip shop fish and chips. I like eating this, but the rest of my party thought it was not the usual harry ramsdens excellent eating; it lost its edge. or perhaps others have improved their quality.

The waitress was lovely and provided good service. It was enjoyable to sit down and enjoy some fish and chips from a chip shop. I personally enjoyed the food, but the rest of my group felt that it did not live up to the usual high standards of Harry Ramsden's. It seems like they may have lost their touch, or perhaps other establishments have raised their quality.

We stumbled upon this traditional Nordic dining restaurant while strolling through Old Metford, and decided to give it a try after calling ahead. We were promptly seated upon arrival, and our drinks were served right away. The food arrived shortly after - I ordered cakes, chips, and gravy, which were all delicious. My partner opted for the fish and chips, and was also pleased with their choice.
