"So I'm not a restaurant contributor although I'm a big fan of the good food and the pleasure of a good meal. I booked this restaurant because it's number 4 in the world's top 50. As you can imagine, I had great expectations. From the very beginning, the restaurant has not enough parking space compared to the number of tables so it was a break to park my car. No valet service either. the dining room has a beautiful view of chin but a very simple decoration and the chairs at the beginning were good but at the end of the meal I had a huge buttache, literally. the chef offers 3 types of menus. the smallest has 6 courses and starts at 110€. at the bottom of each menu, the chef offers the wines to drink with. I chose the smallest (110€) and the employee asked me if I wanted to follow the wine suggestion. I agreed, so it went with the meal. First of all, food wasn't that good. Very simple. Nothing we can expect from a 2 star restaurant michelin! the wines I knew are medium in any supermarket. The service was good but for twice they missed the silverware. At the end of the meal, one of the employees asked me if I wanted to try cheese before dessert. it is not included in the menu price, but no prices were said and nowhere you could read it. We ate a great small portion of cheese. two small pieces of cheese that a 4-year-old could eat in a minute to new york. Here's the check. 500€!!! cheese cost for two, 38€, the wine I hoped to be the wine suggested in my menu of 110€ and which had the price of 45€ was billed and served the wine of the most expensive menu (210€) to 90€ per person. Nobody asked us if we really wanted the most expensive wine list. It was really a disappointment. a waste of time and money because it was not a meal to remember even taken the price factor!"

"When in a tourist town, one always becomes suspicious of the quality of their restaurants! Da Mitchou is situated between the road and the beach, and it really is a gorgeous place to sit and enjoy the view! As usual we went out for dinner with a list of restaurant names with a good score from Tripadvisor. Some were empty, some closed, but Da Mitchoulooked very inviting. We were early for dinner, so asked if we could come in for a pre dinner drink. We were seated at the very last table available out on almost the side of the restaurant in front of the showers. We ordered our delicious favourite french drink, a Pastis on ice. They also brought us some complimentary pizza bread which was yummy. When we asked if we cluld atay for dinner, we were told we could stay at our 'bar' table, as the restaurant was full. In the meantime we had struck a conversation with Chris, one of their waiters whom had spent some time in Australia, and we started having fun with his memories! His English was perfect, and we were made to feel very welcome. We weren't terribly hungry, being on the road for ten weeks, constricts your eating habits somewhat, unless you wish to grow more than your clothes allow! So we both lrdered a salad with a serve of fries on the side, a glass of Cote du Rhône, and we were extremely happy! Chris continued to entertain us throughout our dinner, and we left feeling very content."

"the location was attractive. a small picturesque square slightly in draw with a foliage and Mediterranean charm. the restaurant had an outdoor terrace but we decided to eat inside. rustic decoration well maintained. abundance of natural stones and plaster walls of rustic color, nice vaulted type ceiling and terracotta tile floor. We loved him. the kitchen was visible on the path of the toilet and everything seemed chief, busy and good omen. Unfortunately, it's the end of the good news. My wife chose to start with the anchovies leaf and I am the raw ham. The anchovie was not good. Very strange flavor. Too salty. hard dough background. My ham was cut too thick, making the meal difficult. I had to ask for olive oil and gem salt. certainly not the best ham I've had. no comparison with parma or iberico. disappointing. the main dishes were the fish pot and the spaghetti with ceps. Both were a disaster. The fish were cut off. filled with small but important bones. the two rather sad gambas were small and boiled to death. the portion of fish and the quality at the price were bad. Maybe the bisque was swept. The pasta was not good and we left them. we paid 72 euros for this and a very small glass of medium wine and a bottle of flat water. I think chin food is usually not good. French are rather complacent and seem to believe that their historical reputation is enough. Not if. the area is very frequented by tourists and I guess most are unlikely to return to the area, so they think they can get away with it. It's a shame and I couldn't recommend this restaurant. we visit the family regularly to chin, so we would like to find a decent restaurant at a reasonable price. even our family seems to have a bad time. Why? It's the france."

"new gastronomic proposal chin by the chef paolo leone, which offers good alpulien dishes not without a fine air to French contamination and tastes. discounts available on the fork that only apply to orders from two courses. three bedrooms: two external and internal. very courteous reception that the good elena takes care to devote herself carefully to her clients professionally and with sympathy. At the end of the service, the chief does not disconnect with the customers. simple but precise equipment. Welcome to the chef with excellent fresh tomato crusts. The fried anchovies are excellent. the ravioloni with sausage and fresh tomato sauce are very tasty. perfect fish soup for octopus cuisine that follows local tastes. fresh and tasty paccheri with zucchini and shrimp. Pestache dessert is delicious. offered limoncello. wine map without excess and with profit margins the possibility to taste the house as well. report honest, adequate to offer. No doubt an address not to forget. We will soon be back and often."

"Une table incroyable. De l'exterieur le restaurant ne paye pas de mine. Mais à l'interieur un vrai trésor. Déjà un personnel très prévenant qui s'assure en permanance que tout se passe bien. On se sent chouchouté. En suite on sent un esprit de famille un frère en salle une soeur aux fourneaux et c'est un duo gagnant. Les produits sont frais et savoureux. Tout est tres soigné et sophistiqué. Les filet de turbo sont levé devant vous. Le steack de thon est un régale. Si vous n'êtes pas encore convaincu allez y vous ne pourrez que succomber."
