The Milanese escalope, perfectly cooked, offered a golden and crispy crust, enveloping tender and juicy meat. Each bite was a perfect balance between crunchy and soft, enhanced by a zest of lemon which brought a welcome touch of freshness. To top off this meal, the apricot crumble was a pure pleasure for the taste buds. The slightly tangy sweetness of the apricots melted wonderfully with the crunch of the crumble. a note of indulgence that made this meal simply enjoyable. Today, Friday July 12, 2024 Main course: Veal chop accompanied by mash, Very good! The meat was tender and well cooked, the mash was creamy and tasty. Apricot Tiramisu, Very good! Original and delicious, with a good balance between the creaminess of the tiramisu and the freshness of the apricot. The pleasant service, the staff were attentive and courteous. Conclusion: An excellent culinary experience with well-made dishes and quality service."
