"I have recently started going to this restaurant due to my work moving, and I have to say that Maia was a delightful surprise in terms of atmosphere and, of course, tasty dishes. While it can get crowded at times and reservations may be necessary, it is definitely worth it. The staff is welcoming, lively, and interactive, and as a regular customer, you may receive a complimentary treat occasionally. The ice cream, pumpkin seed, and brownies for dessert are special and some of the most delicious I have had in a while. I highly suggest giving it a shot!"

Nice food, nice service, very busy and a little too loud, but suits perfectly for a lunch or brunch. The arribiata is delish.

I have ordered a super maia salad and there was a tick moving maggot in my salad. The waiter took a salad from the bill but was still trying to charge other stuff. Extremely unpleasant situation!

Had a thoroughly disappointing breakfast in Maia. It started with terribly slow service, the food was simply average and it was all over priced. A glass of orange juice for €5.75 is perhaps the best example of this.

Went here for lunch with colleagues. I ordered the salad special of the day which was the chicken satay salad. Huge disappointment! salad was soggy, the dressing was way too sweet and very overpriced at 14.50. Will not return. View menu

The penne arrabiata at this Dublin restaurant is the best I've had. I asked for extra chili and it was perfect - very flavorful and delicious. The white wine was fruity and enjoyable. I will definitely be returning soon. I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend this restaurant. I typically go for lunch and it is always bustling for good reason. The atmosphere is nice, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is delicious. I especially suggest trying the Caesar salad, it is incredibly tasty!

I booked Maia for brunch/lunch for a hen party of 25 this weekend. The staff were very friendly and accomodating; even when we decided to change the time of the booking after a late night the night before. The food was delicious, portions amazing and everyone was very full when we left! Thank you for creating dishes for vegans and coeliacs in the group too! View menu

I had a business breakfast with a client at this restaurant. The decor was simple but practical. The menu offered a decent selection, without being overwhelming. I ordered scrambled eggs and bacon with sourdough toast. The food was well-prepared and the portion size was good. While nothing stood out as exceptional, I would definitely consider returning in the future.

After taking a refreshing walk through Ballsbridge, we stumbled upon Maia on Shelbourne Road. The enticing aromas wafting from the front door were enough to draw in our group of five. From delicious pancakes and fresh fruit, to eggs Benedict and Florentine, to a hearty full Irish breakfast, accompanied by plenty of tea and coffee, we were all fueled for the rest of the day. The fact that every plate was left clean spoke volumes about the quality of the food. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient. Overall, we couldn't have asked for more!

"it is all to change again, but thanks to the coffee is ace really top notch, shaded and perfectly roasted. funny enough while we find the rich from latte to macchiato, cappuccino by flat white etc. gibraltar is nowhere to find, not as much as. the customized glass. the personal remains as cheerful as always, despite the fact that their business must be desperate, and their reasonable prices remain the same. it's only here again with another lock-off, but the policy doesn't call it a lock. These people are still paid, they enjoy nominated wage increases (imaginable that they can decide on their own wage increases and who have recently given their support staff (in many cases family members a wage (and associated pension) increase. maya like so many companies have lots of things at a theke near the door to sanitise and here is the thing that the type that makes the coffee I can go, feet stand from him and give him money to pay and take a coffee and change from him. but if he had this machine in his kitchen, I couldn't go for a free coffee in his house. I could work with him all day, but I could not sit for a beer with him in a local bar for half an hour, but we could meet in the local church for an hour service. So look. So they think about how important it is to help small independent, especially in these strange times when the only certain are dead, control and grab money, dishonest politicians."
