"Really disappointed to be writing this but we have been using Noor as our Indian restaurant for over 5 years. However with the recent changes to the food menus we are going to have to find somewhere else to order from as it must have new owner or chef which has ruined its proud, popular name. Some of the curries we normally order are no longer available and I tried a Bhuna which I’ve loved ordering for years yet it was a crying shame how different it was I did not enjoy this at all. Additionally the samosas I ordered was like something I’d expect from a food van, so upsetting! It’s been a great restaurant to us for years as we used it so regularly however it’s time to move on. I know many of my friends are doing the exact same. Can’t believe you’ve done this to us Noor, hope you’re happy with yourselves."

On multiple occasions, I have not received the correct meal and it has been served cold. The staff is unfriendly and only offer a free meal if they make a mistake, which has been happening for a few weeks now. I would not recommend going to this restaurant as you will likely be very disappointed.

Used the Take-away, so this doesn't reflect on experience of the restaurant. Maybe it was a bad night, but ordered a couple of dishes on New Years Eve 2019 and they were both so disappointing. Probably 1 of the best Indian takeaways we’ve ever had and we’ve had a few over the past few months, The only disappointments I would have is 1. the Just Eat App isn’t always right when it says the delivery has left but still takes another 45mins and 2. you order a can of juice for 95p and it comes with a price printed in the can for 39p. This however doesn’t reflect on the quality of food thankfully.

I ordered the food online today.My app told me driver left at 7.43 but when I phoned at 8.50 the person was honest and said the driver left 5mins ago and got phone from deliver as well I received my order finally at 9.25.Driver apologise and explained me why he was late.Food was hot and really good and portions are big as well. But if you fix your just eat app issue might save you a-lot of trouble. Good luck !!

The takeaway from Noor was excellent. Although we usually prefer to eat out for curry to ensure it's hot, the dishes were all really tasty. Both the mains and starters were delicious. The delivery person was very polite and friendly. The meal deal was great value and even provided another meal for the following night. I was fortunate to try the cuisine from Noor and I have to say it was probably the best Indian food I've had and I've had a lot. The chicken tikka was cooked to perfection along with the other lentil curry I got and the naan bread was amazing too. You simply couldn't fault it. The guys that work in Noor are also the nicest guys you could chat to and VERY hard working. The food was amazing. I totally recommend this place to anyone that likes delectable Indian food. These guys expertise in cuisine is worth a try. Give them a try Folks.

We ordered a meal for three people to celebrate our son's birthday, but the restaurant forgot to include two portions of Naan bread in our delivery. We called the restaurant immediately after the delivery driver left and they promised to send out the missing Naans. However, after waiting for half an hour, we called again only to be told that they would not deliver the Naans and could only refund the cost since we had already received the rest of our order. I provided my bank details for the refund, but have not received it yet. This was incredibly disappointing customer service, as it seemed like they did not care that our meal and evening were ruined.
