"We arrived at 6:15 and immediately informed the staff that we were attending a concert at the Regal, which was a 10-minute walk away, at 7:30. They assured us it wouldn't be a problem, as they had a party scheduled for 6:30 but would take our order at 6:45. However, at 6:45 they informed us that our meal would take another 10 to 15 minutes. This left us with no time to eat before the concert and no opportunity to find another place to dine. When we asked why they hadn't informed us earlier, the bartender simply shrugged and said he had no control over the kitchen. Overall, not a suitable option for pre-theatre dining and not recommended if you are looking for friendly bar staff."

It is recommended to make a reservation if you plan on dining in the evening or on weekends as it tends to fill up quickly.
