"We have eaten here a number of times since it opened. The service has always been bad. One person takes orders and several different staff members brings an clear. Unfortunately no one has the overview of what was ordered or when. Today we and several...tables around us waited min or more for the bill and our table had not been cleared. The food is ok it’s alright for a quick meal in the mall but nothing great. The batches starter was tasteless.My meal today was mediocre backed potato with chili. Even adding salt and pepper did nothing for the taste. The sour cream on the side had more flavor. My husband felt that his meal was also very bland. We did tell the server who we paid and the answer was why did you not say something before. Well between the time we got our food and wanted to pay we could not get the attention of anyone to order more drinks or “complain”. I won’t be back anytime soon"

... has been a regular guest for years. Although I'm the 'classic' Burger or Spareribs there as well as the breakfast buffet, I especially recommend the coffee specialities prepared there, always lovingly.

The staff is super friendly, also pay attention to such things as the cocoa for the child not too hot to serve and you are quickly served. Was walking around the mall and felt like having a quick dinner...and there was my right selection! Play Off in Hannover! Quick and friendly service. Decent prices and great portions! Had a chicken burger and a side salad with an Arizona iced tea. All went...down quite well and the atmosphere was quite nice too! Will definitely go there during my next visit to Hannover

I ordered ribs with BBQ and honey marinade, and they served them with wedges. The honey is simply poured over the ribs at the end, so that the potato wedges underneath and next to the ribs are also bathed in honey. So, I don't think most people find sweet potato wedges that tasty... It's also a shame that the silver skin isn't removed from the ribs; that would have made them much better. My friend had a Caesar burger. Unfortunately, she didn't find it tasty either... very dry, as there was hardly any sauce on it. The Parmesan cheese was barely visible... We won't be back again. The server, however, was very friendly.
