Having a lovely lunch with my daughter. As always the food is well cooked nicely presented. The service is friendly and the atmosphere warm. Excellent value for money.

Our waiter was new to job so he was a bit nervous but he was actually awesome at his job and very attentive to our needs too. Food was nice but nothing to write home about. We had a bottle of house white wine and just that came to 32 pounds WTAF!!!

It’s a nice little place but originally we got sat on a table directly next to the stairs and instantly wanted to be moved because it wasn’t somewhere you wanted to be eating. Once we got moved it was good, food was nice and the cocktails were aswell. Staff were lovely aswell

We really enjoy coming here as a family of 7 as there's something on the menu for everyone including the fussier children. On a week day we can use our tastecard for 2 for 1 on main meals without a limited menu which is great. Service is always efficient and staff welcoming and attentive at the Crawley branch!

I must say, the manager at Prezzo is fantastic—very attentive, friendly, and approachable. Their professionalism truly stands out. The food was excellent, and the service was stellar as well. The staff at this restaurant are friendly and attentive. The place is clean and well-organized. The food was served as described and was well-presented. We did experience an issue with one of our meals, which we returned, and they promptly cooked a new one for us. Unfortunately, it was somewhat lukewarm, but they apologized and offered us complimentary coffee and hot chocolate. I highly recommend this restaurant in Crawley!

Amazing service from Michaela this evening, she was truly a great host. We never had to worry about getting her attention as she was always willing to help, and went above and beyond in terms of ensuring the food was okay with relevant allergen issues. Would recommend a meal here to anyone, as the menu is very diverse, with just as good of a drinks menu accompanying it. If you have the pleasure of being served by Michaela, you will definitely enjoy your visit.

After hearing a lot about this Italian restaurant chain, I decided to take my wife there for her birthday. We ordered a mushroom and cheese pizza, and I must admit I was initially a bit skeptical about how it would taste. However, the flavor was truly unique and stood out from the usual pizzas you can find. The Mascarpone cheese added a delightful richness that really elevated the dish. The ambiance was nice, with comfortable seating and the option for outdoor dining. I was especially impressed by the staff; they were incredibly polite and friendly.
