J'y ai dégusté un sublime canard à la peau croustillante et à la chair très tendre et juteuse, préparé avec des épices de Sichuan et servi avec des petits légumes frais et croquants. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Le canard pékinois est servi découpé à la table (3-4 personnes) et accompagné de très fines galettes de blé (moins gluantes que les galettes de riz) et une sauce au soja sublime."

Da ich schon oft in Asien war, war die Erwartung gross aufgrund der Bewertungen. Für deutsche Verhältnisse ist es lecker, jedoch nicht wie in Asien - was aber auch verständlich ist, anderes Klima und Zutaten. Fazit: Es lohnt sich und die Lage ist auch sehr gut (z.B. Museumsinsel, Alex, Monbijoupark)
