Really tasty food- Staff were very friendly and accommodating- Great value for money

We visited the restaurant midweek and found it to be quiet, but that didn't detract from our enjoyable evening. The food and service were both excellent.

The food was fantastic, but the lighting is a bit too bright and I think the background music could be turned up. However, this is just my personal preference.

was just here to have a meal with our grandson for a birthday contract. I couldn't break the service. very friendly and polite. felt very safe, the personal wore the mask right and all the time and there were screens between the tables. grandson happy and full.

The dining experience was lovely and the service was excellent. The owner personally sat with us since it was our first visit, recommended some dishes, shared the history of the restaurant, and even offered us complimentary drinks as a welcome gesture. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant is wonderful. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. Our group of 8, including 2 kids, 2 teenagers, and 4 adults, had no issues with the service. Thank you for a great meal! I recommend trying the Sweet and Sour Chicken, Spring Rolls, Hot and Sour Soup, Egg Fried Rice, and Salt and Pepper Chips.

My visit to this restaurant was an exceptional experience. The food was top-notch. I highly recommend trying the beef in black bean sauce, chow mein, soup, pancakes with duck, and delicate small dumplings. Everything was delightful. The restaurant's interior is filled with elements of Chinese culture, adding to the authentic experience. The owners are another standout feature, as they warmly take care of their guests. I felt like I was dining with old friends while at this restaurant. I highly recommend a visit to this place.

My husband and I used to live near San Francisco, which has a large Chinese population. Some of the best Chinese food we ever had was in Chinatown S.F. We were lucky to have delicious and authentic Chinese cuisine right next door. However, since moving to the U.K. 10 years ago, we hadn't found a Chinese restaurant that lived up to our expectations until we discovered Spring Deer.
