I'm intolerant to fructans and I can't take wheat bread. I have tried many alternatives, and the bread and the wretched wheat hogazas that do in the hogaza for me are the best, do not make me miss the “normal” bread. Also this summer they sent me several bonfires of sarraceno bio and can take them also outside of madrid. muffinna is superamicable.
