"Wow!! What can I say !!! The last time I came here was 2016 with my son and the restaurant consisted of a couple of tables and no toilet !!! We had no preconceptions and came with my in laws who live on the island!!! After a bit of a Rocky start with service the food was delivered!! To say that the quality and quantity was out of this world was an understatement!!! We all ordered the sea food platter !!! The variety of beautiful fish was outstanding and so was the freshness and quality!!! The waitress who’s Birthday it was dressed in a beautiful pink dress who's shift started while we were in the middle of our meal was the best !!! Make sure you keep her she turned the service to an outstanding immediately!!! This restaurant is an absolute must if you visit the island !!! If you compare the quality and freshness along with the price it beats the Hut in Colwell Bay in every category hands down !!!We will talk about our experience for many months and can’t wait until we are back next year to experience it again !!! Sea food Heaven !!Thanks for the best night out we have had all year"

This is a great place on a sunny day; no better beach restaurant on the island. Wheelchair accessibility: Sadly, the slope and steps down to the restaurant makes wheelchair access really tricky. Called in ad-hoc for lunch, we had a salmon and prawn salad and a salmon and crab salad, both were absolutely delicious! The service was prompt and friendly, we were made to feel very welcome even though we were lugging our folding bikes around with us! Would definitely recommend a visit here, the portions are large and the views are stunning!

Amazing. Off the beaten track. But wow! Food terrific. Welcome very warm. Great atmosphere with subdued '60s music. Views over the sea to die for. They have 10 rooms. Very well priced. Tucked out of the way and positioned down on the Beach ️, fantastic little cafe set on 3 levels, ground is eats with Hawaiian style parasol, 2nd level again eats for groups of people, 3rd level the bar. Ordered 2 ciabattas with TIGER PRAWNS with a spicy mayo they gave us 2 ciabattas with tiny shrimps smothered in shop bought 1000 island dressing ! Spoke with owner who told us that is what they consider to be exactly as we Ordered very annoying £32 for not very much 'buyer beware ' marketing far better than actual product typical of today 's trendy eateries style over substance

What a find. We had been looking forward to this and were pleased to be able to rebook as our initial booking was cancelled due to the Great British weather . Can 't fault this place. Super smiley staff and menu full of tasty treats. We went for the fishy picnic and the crab salmon salad. I could quite happily have eaten the bisque all day. Stunning flavours. Our lunches both had a delicious side salad not a limp leaf in sight (unlike so many places that dish up a sorry excuse for a salad. Went for a dessert as well and these were also excellent.
