"We visited Luck Kuh based on a recommendation and were not disappointed. This quirky pub is the smallest in the Lake District and offers many vegan options. We tried the Craftys three cheese garlic dazzle with vegan cheese for £9.00, which was clearly marked as a vegan option. Although we had to wait a long time, it was definitely worth it. The portion was filling, so be warned that you might not need dinner afterwards. The dish was presented on a platter with coleslaw, crispy root vegetables, and a pear, all of which were very tasty. They also serve Whitley Neill gin, which is all vegan (except the rhubarb flavor according to their website, so be sure to check before ordering). The atmosphere and music were great as well! We enjoyed both the vegan nachos and the toasted sandwiches at this restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was cozy with a warm fire. It was a great place to relax and enjoy drinks.

I absolutely loved this restaurant! The concept, space, and staff were all fantastic and very welcoming. They had a great selection of ales and the atmosphere was very quirky. I give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5 rating. Highly recommend!

beautiful pub with outside seat. bar has a lot of choice with gin and beer. the cash sold eating in the upper floor, but we had already eaten so I can't comment on eating except what I looked good. there was a singer/guitarist who played rock music that was great and stayed longer than planned. toilets were clean enough and the bar staff friendly.

This bar is a cozy spot for drinks and also offers food. While the cheesy garlic bread was delicious, the cheese board was average and the nachos were a bit dry. It would be great if they had a vegan mince option for the nachos. Overall, the ambiance, drink selection, and decorations are worth checking out, but the food may not meet high expectations.

This pub offers a good variety of ales and gastales, along with unique features such as a doll room. The vegan options are not extensive, but they do offer dishes with vegan cheese. I typically don't opt for vegan cheese, but the garlic bread with it was delicious. The vegan choices mainly consist of nibbles and pub snacks, but the garlic bread and bread with olives made for a satisfying meal. The staff is friendly and the pub is dog-friendly. Overall, it's worth a visit. In terms of COVID measures, the staff wears masks and takes necessary details, though the seating may not be adequately distanced.

Happy Cow recommendation and didn’t disappoint. Quirky pub the smallest pub in the Lake District. Plenty of vegan options. We had Craftys Three Cheese Garlic Blend with vegan cheese £9.00, which was clearly labelled as VG option available. Had to wait a while but well worth it. It is a filler so be warned, you may not need dinner. Presented on a slate with coleslaw, root crisps and a pear, all very tasty. They serve Whitley Neill gin, all of which are vegan (except Rhubarb Ginger according to their website so please check yourself). Great atmosphere and music!
