"on Sunday, 4th september I visited a 50th birthday dinner in this sweet intimate restaurant. the arrival were the employees and owners brilliant, really friendly and could not do enough for us. we had the hunch and the bark. they were both cooked for perfection and the taste was from this world. they even asked how we cooked the bark pink or well, this is great as the place always serve pink and I don't like it pink, so this was a really nice option to be asked how I wanted it! for pudding we had strawberry shortcake that was also delicious! everything was fresh and the taste was excellent. if they want to eat something special, then this is the place, or if they don't see a dinner for their birthday or special occasions, they go into this restaurant I promise you won't be disappointed. the food was amazing and the service was two to none! we will visit them again!"

Beautiful lunch yesterday at The Cuckoo with my mum and sisters. My first time but not theirs and it lived up to the very high expectations I had, based on their enthusiastic reports of earlier visits. Wonderful setting, very civilised, with exceptional food. Couldn't say much better than that!

my partner and I ate here last night and we enjoyed everything! absolutely stunning location and beautiful decoration both in and out! both our server were beautiful, they even helped me choose a dessert if I could not decide I can't rate them enough! eating was amazing and we both agreed that it was one of the best restaurants we were! we will be back soon!
