"I have heard good things about The Oak Room and we were not disappointed, except upon arrival they did not seem to have our reservation. However, we were quickly seated and enjoyed drinks in the lounge before our meal in the main restaurant. After inquiring if it was a special occasion, it was a nice touch to have my wife's dessert served with a birthday message while a pianist played a quiet rendition of Happy Birthday. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable, making for a very pleasant evening that will definitely bring us back for another visit."

We went to the Oak rooom on a Monday for some food after working near by. This is a great place to go for food with peers. The foos was very good but the veune is what made with pre dinner drinks in the louge before been taken through to the dinning room. Certainly worth a visit. View menu

The restaurant has a stylish ambiance with plush sofas and comfortable chairs. The tables are adorned with table linen and napkins, polished glassware, and silver service. The staff is of good quality and the atmosphere is quiet and elegant, with a chandelier and a pianist performing on Sundays. Overall, I very much enjoyed my experience at this restaurant.

Good food but the staff are so forgetful. We orderred wine and we were still waiting after 25minutes, only to be asked again if we can order our drinks, when directed to the person who initially took the order, it appeared he took the order and forgot about it. The meal was book for 7.30pm. We arrived on time and was in fact had now finally got the drinks, only to receive a phone call on the mobile asking if we are going to turn up for the table.
