The Overlee - Menu

Was there for our Christmas do! Excellent value for money- £19.99 for 3 courses. There was LOADS of tasty food. We also had 3 bottles of Prosecco between us. £34 quid each canny beat that

It's not great as a member of staff greet us by saying 2 min 5 mins later I had to speak to the same member of staff then to be told they were not taking walking food only people who had booked.x

Drinks were lovely but server continuously spoke about her social life and wore a very short skirt with ripped tights (exposing her backside). Disappointed as seemed like a nice pub but was spoiled by staff member View menu

Went in at the weekend with my kids for a quick bite to eat. Ordered from the festive menu, staff were very attentive and really great with the kids. The restaurant was very clean and festive with its decor. Would definitely return !

Went with my siblings for Christmas Dinner. We were all amazed with the quality and quantity of food supplied. The service was excellent and the staff were so helpful and efficient. My siblings from the North of Glasgow were so complimentary about my local bar/ restaurant. A special mention for staff especially Frances and LeaAnne.

What a great way to start December ..... Great night was had by all starting with the Overlee Festive menu ... Options for all..... Bigger group so menu choices managed in advance by Craig and Kayleigh xx A few drinks served by the lovely staff helped get everyone up on the dance floor .... Absolutely atrocious. Went with two colleagues for lunch. Waited an hour and a half and still no food! We had to cancel order as my friends were already late back for work. They also charged us for our drinks (non alcoholic) any restaurant worth their salt would have apologised profusely and waved the drinks. Restaurant was not that busy. Having worked in the catering trade as a chef and also front of house. I know what I’m talking about. Apparently chef was still finding his way about the kitchen. Heaven help him or her when restaurant because really busy as it does at Christmas as they are gonna be …..d!!

Visited with friends for an early meal and drinks at 4 o’clock on Saturday. After eventually ordering our food (after going back and forward to the bar twice) as several items on menu were unavailable! Had to ask someone to clear our starter plates, and explained we were leaving at 6.30pm. Then had to ask for our main courses again! Our main courses did not arrive until after 6pm despite having ordered at 4:30pm!! We had taxis booked for 6.30pm and had to change them to 6.45pm. No one asked us how our food was or if everything was ok etc etc didn’t have time to complain as we were in too much of a rush and there was no sign of any manager/supervisor to complain too very poor experience

We visited the Overlee for Christmas dinner this year . . The atmosphere was sparkly cosy and warm when we walked in and the whole pub looked lovely . The dinner was absolutely delicious… nice and hot and the menu was so varied and a great choice of dishes. . The chef did amazingly well as the pub was so busy but everyone was complimenting the food . Christmas Day dinner in a pub is often bland and not particularly tasty …. The opposite is true at the overlee . Well done chef … food was perfect . The staff were bright and smiley and very engaging .
