"Delicious! Fish and chips were wonderful, have honestly never had such tasty chips they were fantastic, the fish was also beautiful, battered perfectly and so scrumptious!!! For the vegetarians in our family, they chose to have battered garlic mushrooms, onion rings and a spring roll, which were all great and fab alternatives. Will definitely be back for more, and the ability to order online and collect was so easy and made the whole thing much faster. The owners were also lovely, very welcoming and wanting the best for their costumers!"

"I visited this restaurant last week to celebrate my daughter's 8th birthday. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. It is a charming traditional pub located by the canal. The food is deliciously prepared and I want to give compliments to the chef. I have been there twice this month and each visit has been wonderful. This restaurant offers great value for money and is a fantastic choice for a family meal."

"Really looked forward to an afternoon tea with friends sadly our experience left us disheartened. Upon arrival a friendly server took our orders and explained that unlimited hot beverages were included in the afternoon tea. We were baffled to be told there were no teaspoons available as they were all in the wash this was a Saturday afternoon and we were one of three tables which we found amusing as we were given table and dessert spoons to choose from. When our food arrived I was surprised to find my vegetarian options were served on the same plate as the meat, I 'm not one to cause a fuss but others might. We had to constantly ask for more cutlery, napkins, a 2nd refill (which took a long time to receive after being left on the bar and were cold when we received them and plates- the staff weren 't attentive. One couple walked and stood waiting to be seated a few mins before someone noticed, it was so awkward as at this point there were only 2 tables in use. We asked for our bill and they charged us for the refills and a service charge, they removed the refills without question (do they deliberately try and overcharge! I might try another branch but not Kidderminster."

"Upon arrival, we were greeted with a question about whether we had made a reservation rather than a welcoming hello. The restaurant had a posh atmosphere but was surprisingly empty. The menu had a good selection, but not everything was available. The waiter made faces when we asked to substitute items, which was puzzling since he wasn't the one preparing the food. Ultimately, we decided to leave. The fact that there were only two tables occupied during a Sunday lunch should raise concerns for the manager. As a fellow manager, I will not be returning to or recommending this establishment."

"We were greeted very well. We were placed at a table by the bar area, naturally this was very busy with lots of foot traffic. Some of the waiters looked like indian gangsters, but do not let this put you off. It was very clear to me (and I have been involved in curry for many years) that this chef knew he's kitchen. He presented me with a REAL Lamb Naga. It was as hot as it was beautiful! My good friend who also has extensive experience in curry was gifted with one of the finest lamb Shatkoras he's has ever sampled in the United Kingdom. Poppadoms were fresh and warm and the duck starter was to a good standard and flavour. I know it must be tough when you don't know when Mr Curry is about to enter your premises to dine, but here are a few tips for the future, and don't fear, I am only here to increase your fine reputation. The waiters were, at times too fast, things almost felt a bit rushed, the lamb meet was somewhat stringy with some awfully fatty parts. The boss was a lovely gentleman and thank you for the free complementary drinks at the end, but please in future don't water them down as the public do Notice this! And it would have been great if you would have put our tins of beer in the fridge as we had asked. Well done, keep going. I'll be back! Mr Curry 1991."
