"Called in on the 30th of December. Good selection of lagers including Estella and Warsteiner. The food was delicious curried parsnip soup for starter. The burger and Cajun chicken burger were both lovely and tasty but I have to say the stand out for me were the chips which were big chunky proper home made chips that appeared to be possibly triple cooked and just might be the best chips I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed with a nice roaring fire that was much appreciated as was the excellent service. We will definitely be be back."

I had lunch with my mother, and I ordered the gnocchi, which was absolutely delicious! My mom tried the Sunday toast, and she really loved it as well!

Popped in for lunch, friendly staff, good food a nice variety from the normal pub menu, the classics are still there. The chips get a special mention from us all!. Thanks!

for dessert we shared sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce vanilla ice cream and brot butter pudding with crème anglaise – they could not argue; two British pub classics well done.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was good, but there weren't many options on the menu for one member of our group who is vegan. In fact, there were no main course options available, only lighter meal choices.

I loved it here. for a family dinner for Mother's Day and all enjoyed eating her. large gastropub at a good price. fantastic service from the servers. eating came in good time and drinks were always flowing. many parking spaces outside.

more beautiful place to have a drink, we had luck with the weather. beetroot risotto was really nice, but the Hummus-Veg-Flachbread with brie was not good at all. too much hummus, hardly a veg or a braut. denk only to a bad combo. would go back to try something else from the menu. View menu

I've visited this restaurant twice in just over a week. My first experience was excellent, but during my recent visit, the service was very slow, and the food quality was disappointing. However, the manager was understanding and offered to reduce the bill after we explained the issues we encountered.

In the picturesque village of Bunbury, you can find fine wines, traditional beers, and quality home cooked food, in this beatiful village pub called The Yew Tree. It is the favourite place among the locals and a great place to spend an afternoon or evening in a cosy and relaxed atmosphere. The building is a 19th century free house.

"Living down the road, it 's taken me a while to visit The Rasoi since its opening a few years ago. After seeing hospitality businesses flop in that location, I couldn 't help noticing how there are always cars in the car park and people dining inside every night the restaurant is open. One thing that has always baffled me is the table in the window by the traffic light. On multiple occasions while in my car I couldn 't help but look in at the people sat at that table thinking why on earth would you sit at that table? because I can 't be the only traveller who can 't resist the urge of staring in. Nonetheless, last night, my girlfriend and I finally visited. The service was very friendly and helpful; we were first sat on comfy chairs while our table was prepared and we were able to look through the menu at this point. My girlfriend then informed me that when making our reservation on the phone, she had specifically booked the window table, simply because I had gone on about it in the past and when passing. So, after ordering our meals, we were led to the table in the window. The poppadums gave generous portions of pickles and sauces which were all delicious, but an easy mark to hit. Then, the curries arrived. These curries were by far the most delicious meals I 've ever had at an Indian restaurant. The Karahi in particular had a place in my dreams last night. The sauces were well balanced and the meat was tender and succulent. The naans were on the smaller side, but very tasty. The one bit of criticism would be that we were either not given the chilli naan we ordered, or the chilli naan wasn 't very spicy. All in all it was a brilliant night and I can 't wait to see how well they do the other curries on their menu as I now intend to go through them all. I must admit that now I understand why people sit, or don 't mind sitting at the window table and that 's because you have such a good time with the delicious food inside, you 're not paying any attention whatsoever to the drivers staring at you outside.
