Chic modern dining overlooking Hamble. Great menu of quality food served with enthusiasm; hence pretty busy, so book if you can. Refreshingly good.

Everyone was really friendly, helpful and cheerful. It was so nice to be served by people who appear to be happy in their work. The food was delicious and plentiful. Overall our lunch was a complete success.

What can I say? Great location and a really welcoming and thoroughly nice team. Stick on top of that attentive service and delicious (albeit rather a lot) food and I could not have ask for a nicer way to celebrate my boy's 21st. So thank...you.

simple, unimaginable but satisfying dinners over port hamble marina. while my touching frit was a bit cold (and the chocolate fondue also for this occasion) we have enjoyed the “French personal note” of the manager and the friendliness of the staff.

What an evening! Service was first class and the food was excellent with plenty of it! Made all much better with the friendly banter of the French gentleman (sorry didn’t know your name). Will definitely be back very soon and be the last ones out...again!

on good Friday sat with the woman for lunch and was greeted by the most arrogant rude French I've ever met! obviously he told him where to shove his table and would never go back. was very busy, but no excuse to be to a paying customer. much better place to eat with friendly staff.

Located on the marina in Hamble a short drive from Southampton is Banana Wharf. We were passing not expecting it to be open, but surprise, surprise it was.It's big and even bigger when only one table was occupied, a far cry from Summer days...where we have been told you have to queue to get in. Unsurprisingly, the service was very good as was the delicious food. You can get a juicy burger but also caters for customers who are vegetarian or have allergies. Recommended!!

lunch with a friend who went to college, the service was fantastic, the manager was especially great and showed really love to detail! the location was perfect next to the bootshof and eating was fab piping hot and came fast, although the restaurant was quite busy for a Tuesday lunchtime. my friend had a pizza I had fajitas with huh and bark meat that started with just huh, but was very fast resolved (always a good sign) and delicious none of the less! we also had coffee and whisper again exceptional! we will come back soon! many thanks for a nice afternoon bananas campaign!

As a person who suffers with celiac it is a nightmare when going out to eat, however this restaurant hits everything that I am looking for! My needs have been taken care of by the team. The gluten free food was delicious and I was...pleasantly suprised that I could order majority of the foods on the menu as they provided a gluten free option for pretty much everything! The person who seemed like the owner is a ver pleasant and welcoming person and you can tell that a lot of effort and care goes into their delicious food. Banana warf if my go to restaurant. Thank you so much for creating a folder for thise with allergies so they can look into your ingredients list, makes life so much easier!
