The male waiter just kept making innapropriate comments. Rude. It's a pity because the rest of the staff were nice and polite. And the food as always was freshly cooked and tasty.

The service here is excellent and very friendly, but unfortunately, the food served was consistently bland. Doesn’t the chef taste the dishes while cooking? A little more salt and pepper would go a long way in improving the flavor. It really isn’t difficult to achieve. On a positive note, they are very accommodating when it comes to dietary restrictions and allergies, which is a plus. Overall, I dined in for lunch.

The staff at Bella Italia Taplow were friendly, but they didn’t seem very happy. We were disappointed that we had to order our food through our mobile devices. The service was quite slow, and my carer ended up having to go to the counter to collect both mine and Jackie’s meals. Food tastes fantastic but the ridiculous service doesn’t make it worth coming here. Ordered starters that came after the mains dishes, waitress was inconvenient by not letting me finish reading the menu, she just took it straight away from me as I finished ordering starters. When situation was explained to the team manager, he was impolite by loudly talking over my dad just saying “it’s ok we apologise” And the prawns weren’t properly clean Don’t bother

I dined in for lunch, and overall, my experience was mixed. The meal price ranged between £10 and £20, which I found reasonable. The food scored a 3 out of 5; it was decent, but nothing particularly remarkable. The service, unfortunately, only rated a 2; I encountered some delays and issues with the staff that could be improved. On a positive note, the atmosphere was enjoyable, earning a solid 4. It had a pleasant vibe, making it a nice place to relax. Overall, while it had its ups and downs, I think there is potential for improvement.

Excellent experience! We called ahead, and despite being busy, the attentive staff quickly accommodated our group of four adults, two small children, and a baby. The employees were very attentive, and our table was clean. They even provided crayons for the kids right away. Our orders were taken efficiently, and the food arrived in a timely manner. One of the young children fell asleep, so we requested meals to go, and the waiter went above and beyond to ensure our food was freshly cooked just before we left. Overall, we received outstanding service, and I highly recommend this restaurant for families with young children. When we're back in the area, we will definitely return! View menu
