"Finally I decided to go to an authentic scottish restaurant, and I do not regret it! The place was very cozy and had a wide variety of scottish food and drinks. I went for the Cullen Skink served with freshly baked bread for starter. The soup was so full of rich flavours and the fish was soooo good! Unfortunately the bread did not feel fresh. For main I went for Haggis with a wholegrain mustard mash, turnip purée, a creamy whisky sauce and seasonal veg. I had never tasted haggis, so I had no idea what it would taste. It was such a good meaty flavour with alot of herbs and the meat just melted my tongue. I really loved it. And the sauce was perfect. A wee bit pricy place, but well worth it. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Cannot wait to go back. Best restaurant in Stirling!"

I had a lovely time at this place! They were very welcoming and kind, and the service was excellent. I appreciated the server’s recommendations and her passion for the restaurant’s offerings! (Shout out to Skye! The food was delicious—local, fresh, and beautifully presented. Next time I’m in Stirling, I’ll definitely be back!

excellent eating, excellent service and a great atmosphere. we had to wait for our table, because the previous diners still ate, which is a certificate for how good it is. it was not a problem for us, we had a few local craftsmen beer while we waited and then for a delicious meal. if they die and don't eat here, they're missing.

What a gem! We wandered in after touring Stirling Castle. Though we didn't have a reservation, the server kindly seated us. It's smaller with an intimate feel. The food was beyond expectations. Pork tenderloins with the most amazing potatoes. Delectable haddock stuffed with salmon, mashies, sauteed veggies. The desserts looked to die for but we were too full.

Nice little restaurant with some excellent, beautifully presented food. There is a broad range of whisky, gin and Scottish beers. Felt a bit rushed on the delivery at the front of house, which lets it down a little. It was a Saturday night so may have been busier than normal. The Bramble could be improved upon. Overall we had a lovely evening and would come back.

I was blown away from the quality and presentation of food. my mother is a cordon bleu cook so often as not I am disappointed in restaurants. the service was exceptionally good. decoration and music very tasteful. they serve the best coffee I had in about twenty years. everything was exceptionally fresh and tasteful. were perfect. toilets very clean and even had a wrapper. they can see into the clean kitchen and the friendly staff always keeps their eyes peeled for any sign of them need something. the timings between curs were perfect. the photos do not make the perfectly seasoned, juicy, fresh food justity. I'm sure we'll come back here.
