"I think you need to advertise if it’s a buffet breakfast or an ordered plated breakfast, as one of our party likes well cooked bacon, another poached eggs, certain restaurants in this chain take your order it’s cooked fresh, as some it’s a buffet service…. Bacon very fatty undercooked, no poached eggs as advertised, had to wait for certain food items to be cooked food plates were cold once seated. The checking in lady was overly friendly, polite courteous."

I was going to come in and have a pale ale but the front entrance has a smelly bush. It put me off so i went elsewhere for my pale ale and munch.

I came with friends for a meal out and we had a fab time. Service from phoebe on the bar was brilliant, nothing was too much for her. we will be back soon, thank you !!

Food, atmosphere and service were all great. Only gave 4 stars as some things on the drinks menu were not available at this branch apparently. If this is true, it's not their fault but perhaps should be crossed off the menu to avoid disappointment.

Cheap and cheerful, but what makes it so brilliant is EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER, I wanna name them all but literally everyone I've ever dealt with there has gone way above and beyond to accommodate. Never had a bad experience. And it's always clean and orderly so just fab all round. I've been for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the staff are consistently brilliant.
