"We went to dinner with family (with 2 children 9 years and 18 months) at the palm grove and arrived at 8:15, one evening in week, in the middle of the season. The restaurant wasn't crowded, we didn't book and we had a table right now. The waitresses are very young, and lack organisation and sympathy.3 people took care of us, and despite that, we waited 1h30 before being served! We had to go and alert the bosses because the kids didn't hold up. And when we asked if it was possible to have a chocolate melt instead of the ice on the child menu, for a small supplement, the waitress refused!we had no excuse for the delay (some customers who arrived after us left before.) and we will not return to this place. The meal will not leave us any compelling memory (sable in the salad, cold molds, chopped steak so cooked that we had trouble cutting it...)When I started I touched two words to the boss who limited me to attack. In short, we are far from the Basque reception of the nearby restaurant (elissaldia on the square at qq meters from there...). Do not hesitate to walk a little more: you will not be disappointed."

restaurant with a lovely shaded terrace. welcoming staff, quite varied map. products are good and the price is reasonable. only bemolated this Saturday noon, the slowness of the service that lacked experience I think. I'll be back!

very nice restaurant or we have very well eaten for a reasonable price it becomes rare to find restaurants or you can still eat fries so good houses, I congratulate you hamburgers are tops, the boss and nice waitresses even in the bum we have dinner on the terrace one night, it was very pleasantI advise you to book

Excellent dinner on 22/08/2017Home very nice, we had a table with a small view of the sea.The hamburgers are gigantic and fantastic (whether chopped steak, onions, sauce too good, slice of real local cheese, crazy bread.) the chipirons are to fall, the excellent landese salad with crazy foie gras...For desserts, chocolate mousse and melt are really top. The benefits are huge and so good...Break a must address. Tip: think to book if you want to be sure to eat View menu

We have lunch in this hotel following the tripadvisor comments, a perfect shaded location with a magnificent view of the mountains and sea.A warm welcome of the boss and a friendly service. With regard to the meal, a paella with a perfect gutter cooking, a seaback has excellent Spanish and to finish homemade desserts with artisanal ice. I recommend taking advantage of them, a generosous plate!Very good address with a reasonable addition for 5, 143€ included wine.

I was told of the good of this restaurant, and indeed the dishes were good and tasty... nevertheless the evening we came, I had reserved and we were offered a table outside when we arrived (stormy and very ventilated time.) we were with a child of 2 years and we got a table inside. Unfortunately, it made a stifling heat (at least 30 degrees with an air conditioning that didn't work) and we suddenly cut off our dinner. the staff was pleasant but we saw 4 different people during the service! Brief, a good restaurant (sweet flats) but partly spoiled by a temperature and an organization to review!!

"This place is an amazing concept and a beautiful idea- home made sauces, fresh produce with customised tacos, burgers and salads. My boyfriend and I were so excited to try the menu, aware our French is limited but doing our best with it, we met...a frosty reception where the guy taking our order (an owner) began sighing and rolling his eyes despite us politely asking for a table and making our order which was done by filling out a form. No problem really, we understand adjusting to limited French/English can be irritating. He brings our tacos out, slams them on the table and again, we kind of thought “amazing tacos, bad customer service, we’ll take it.” Midway through eating, mine were veggie steak (which were amazing to be fair) and he had ceviche however turns out his tacos didn’t have any ceviche in them. Again, no problem, this happens BUT when we are the only two customers ordering at that time, filling out a form personally, it’s a bit strange. A big mistake such as leaving out the main ingredient and having someone scowling at you the whole time somehow becomes less forgiving. I told the owner and he comes out to investigate, looking at the taco and then asking my boyfriend if he knew what ceviche was (patronising anyway when he’s ordered, but he’s a career chef who has prepared ceviche tacos himself...even then a lot of people know what it is). The chef forgot we were told, the tacos were free and no replacement offered or any apology. I think the main thing is personally, my food was delicious and as ordered but I felt so uncomfortable as a paying customer that in the middle of the meal I couldn’t enjoy it for what it was. So if you don’t want customers in your restaurant for whatever reason maybe don’t seat them passive aggressively and let them move on, I would have preferred so. And if you pride yourself on how everything is home made and fresh, that’s great but put the main ingredient in the taco also because, that’s pretty essential."
