"We were on site with a group of 7 people.The guestroom reminds of a workshop hall, on whose walls a few U.S. signs were attached. But ok...In the guest room it was so cold that we had to dress our jackets again...energy saving yes, freeze in the restaurant no.It may be a matter of taste but we found the ordering of our food and drinks, for 7 people, about the pads installed at the tables very lazy and elaborate. Until you found everything in all the subdirectories, it takes his time.I personally find it easier to say the service: Likewise, we were not aware that there are no pommes with a burger for €10.50. The cost of €4.50 extra...it is small on the map, but since we were there for the first time, unfortunately we did not read it and the pad unfortunately did not ask us. An operation might have been asked with Pommes?...We then, when our burgers have come and we have found that there are no pommes, again, over the pad, reordered 2 servings of Pommes.Leiders did not come the Pommes anymore. In response to our demand, where the Pommes remain, we got the information that they were unfortunately forgotten in the kitchen....and that they are canceled on our bill. The interior is really nice and has the desired American vibe. The tables are usually a bit separated, which helps you feel more comfortable. But especially great I found the digital way to order! I am a person who hates to order because I forget more often.All service staff were super nice and the food was also delicious, especially the milkshakes.Also mamas madys diner is clearly a 10/10 for me.
