"WHY do Mooch think it's in any way acceptable to charge £15 for a 1cm thick slice of goats cheese with a bit of salad. This time they didn't even put the caramelised onions on so I had to ask for them. They also threw a load of rocket on top of the cheese, probably hoping that I wouldn't see how tiny the cheese was. We have complained about this multiple times but yet still tiny portions for us and huge profits for Mooch. Staff turnover is massive too. Please be a bit more generous. I had to have snacks on the way home."

Had a lovely pot of tea and a slice of gluten free cake here. The staff were friendly and the portions were generous. Was a lovely cosy spot to have an afternoon treat.

Can’t believe some of the staff are still working here after these reviews! The woman who served us honestly looked at us with such disdain, like how dare we even ask for a coffee?! So rude, we ended up leaving before ordering, would rather spend my money elsewhere….there’s loads of lovely places in Hebden!

Ordered two light lunches and coffees, food arrived approx 40 mins after coffees no apology for the extremely long wait. Went to pay after and a surely response at the counter, no eye contact, smile, offer of receipt (so I didn't even know if I was paying the correct amount) or even thank you! Never never again. I can’t believe that the staff member who is clearly being rude to people on a regular basis still has a job here! Myself two friends came in for a coffee today I was spoken to looked at with such disgust by the waitress with long, brown hair that we decided to leave before even making an order. She made us feel truly unwelcome!

Poor attitude This place looked really inviting from outside and had a nice atmosphere inside. We both had a chai latte and each had a slice of cake. The cake and drinks were lovely. But, the attitude of the young lady who served us left a lot to be desired. She was quite abrupt and left you feeling like you'd really put her out to have to serve you. We were on the point of just saying to leave it and go. I don't understand why people are like that in the service industry.
