The service was great, including being great with a 2 yr old. All the food was excellent, except a tiramasu that was still very much frozen.

Excellent polite attentive service which makes a big difference. Food was delayed due to mix up but we weren’t in a rush so ok .Nice seating.

My family always enjoy a meal at the Sheperton Prezzo's. The staff are always very friendly, particularly to my grandsons. The food is always good and hot and however busy they are we have never had to wait too long for our meals.

Not a fan of the new menu at all so you have lost a customer. Lots of favourites have gone and pizza options dramatically scaled down. The service however was amazing. We had a great guy looking after us. One point, tip with cash as the way they share the tips is appalling if you pay by card.

Really great service. Even the manager is friendly. Food is nice. Some of us had really nice and some average/poor. I think overall what you would expect from a chain. I would go back mainly because the service was nice as long as I wasn't too bothered about whether the food was going to be amazing.
