"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The staff was friendly and professional, and I enjoyed a large homemade steak and ale cake, which was delicious. Very friendly, nothing too much bother, we came in November and the fires up the chimneys made it a great place to eat lovely food at night. Took our dog and she was well and truly spoilt with her own sausage every morning while we ate our cooked breakfast, doggy heaven!

yesterday for a frechen theakston with a wife and the two dogs. large beer, very friendly and chatting staff. right dog-friendly pub, the personal make a fuss of the pooches and hand-out tasty for them. we had no time to stop eating, but we probably couldn't have gotten a table out. the food from the kitchen looked great so we book next time. prost.
