"The meals were acceptable but nothing extraordinary and definitely not worth the price. This restaurant charges separately for vegetables and doesn't provide extras like bread or items such as olives and balsamic olive oil without an additional cost. We also ordered dessert, all of which were ice creams. After waiting 20 minutes, we decided to cancel the dessert, not wanting to waste any more time. Oddly enough, the desserts then arrived, but the ice cream scoops were melting. To be fair, they did remove the dessert charges from the bill, but this experience has turned us off from this particular Ivy branch. I should mention that the vegetables consisted of untrimmed green beans and lukewarm broccoli. Overall, the entire meal took just under three hours. Despite there being plenty of waiting staff, it seemed like the kitchen struggled with mixing up or delaying orders, even at our table. I was not impressed."

This morning I celebrated my birthday and we all had a fantastic breakfast. the food and the fresh fruit smoothness were delicious and beautifully presented and the service was excellent. very friendly and attentive staff and perfect for a special occasion.

Had the longest of lazy lunches at the atmospheric Ivy. And that for me is it's main attraction.The staff were clearly well trained and attentive, the food was good but average for a brasserie but there is something special about the place that tops like brasserie's. Highly recommended for chilled out lunches.

never before and pleasantly surprised. the place we are amazingly sitting in really beautiful, comfortable. eating was great that we were booked for 2pm, but I had eier benedict and chips didn't want it to end, wimbledon bombe for pud yummy, the personal was really human, but very professional. and to complete it, all shared the experience with 3 big friends. highly recommended. The summer party on Tuesday 10 July was fantastic. Drinks and canapés was plentiful and I’ve got to say the staff were great and always smiling. Nothing too small to request for anything. Richard Roper was marvellous and always smiling and attentive. I can’t fault anything for the atmosphere and service. It was a wonderful evening with glorious weather in the garden. Thank you all at The Ivy in Cobham.

I visited this restaurant for my birthday lunch. The interior was lovely, but the food was just average, and the service was lackluster. I did enjoy the white onion and truffle soup as well as the sea bream, but the blackened cod and fish cake were somewhat disappointing. Additionally, some staff members displayed an indifferent and even rude attitude. I also noticed that while they offer free parking on-site, the booking confirmation advised us to park elsewhere for a fee, which was confusing. Overall, it wasn't an enjoyable experience, and I would suggest exploring other dining options in the area.
