"A cozy, clean and friendly little English pub that is worth a look. The best burger I've had for a long time. It had salad and dressing. It's worth it! Even the chips were lush. The nice waitress and cook even went to the trouble of sharing our pudding order in dishes that give us both ice cream and custard. When we were stuffed out of the filling castle. We couldn't ask for more. Too bad I don't have a tip."

What a find, food outstanding, service genuine, efficient pleasant, enjoyed a fab evening meal relaxing in a quiet corner with our dog..great end to our holiday. Highly recommend

beautiful little pub. the atmosphere was really good and eating was absolutely fantastic and very favorable. it was very busy so they might have to book. there was an excellent gitarist called greg taylor. Watch him. we will be back

embedded for a drink while for a Sunday walk, very pleasant and cozy bar area to sit, many outdoor seating also available, although we did not eat the restaurant page was busy with the traditional Sunday lunch it looked very nice and we will probably try it in the future

I went to the Miners Arms, at Medomsley today decause l used to live there 57 year's ago the staff were brilliant with the children who were with us. The food was first class and plenty plus reasonably priced plus a good little play area at the back. Will be back again before too long.

I liked it here ,friendly staff and if its good enough for the WI its good enough for us.. i asked for extra as i think chips, ham and egg are a but boring as is..This wasn't any problems and i left my plate empty..will be going back but not if the WI are in as theres an hr wait but that was explained when we sat down..
