It's a shame about the service they provide to make a reservation, we called about 10 times and they never picked us up at the restaurant. Afterwards we called the hotel to see if they could put us through the restaurant but the lady at the reception never got us through to the restaurant... always putting us off. We really wanted to go, but it seems that you owe them something before entering.... View menu

It won't let me give a 0 even though it is deserved. All week trying to contact them and they just hang up the phone. After years and years of going, they deserve not to try again. (I just read a review with the same problem and that they are full until the 15th, so pick up the phone and tell them, you don't know when you want to reserve) Fame is not everything. Terrible customer service, they should take better care of them since that's what you live off of.

We used to go every year, the 5 inseparable friends, and we were always super happy in every way, exquisite treatment, unbeatable food and what can we say about the location, since one of us was missing, I hadn't gone for 3 years, but I have returned with my family and the experience could not have been better, it has transported me to those days and above all to see that they have not only maintained the quality, but they have increased it in every way, just to say that Congratulations great team!!!! We will return next year God willing.
