"I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. It’s fine dining, prices are very high, ambiance is to the level. Staff could be more courteous, some were really nice, some were not. You can’t deny the food is high quality, but it’s not as impressive as I’d have wished. The best part about it is that you get to learn about Tuna and that they serve parts of it that aren’t found in most restaurants. However, what should have been the star of the night, tuna alla sal, ended up being way to salty for me. I was literally feeling my hands go numb from overdoing in salt. However, the people I was sharing it with didn’t have such a strong reaction to it. It might be that I got a piece of the tuna that had most of the salt. In any case, the server should have shaved off the salt better before giving it to us. It’s a pity, I’m sure that it could have been amazing if it wasn’t for the overbearing salt. I’m pretty sure there are great dishes in the menu that we just didn’t order, so maybe my experience was a very particular one. As for the desert, it was not in the level of fine dining. I wish I had gone to a different restaurant on my visit to Zahara de los Atunes, but I think that’s mostly because I felt this was too expensive to leave with mixed feelings. Unless I got a table by the window. That’d probably have made it all worth it."

We went to eat at the restaurant. The tuna was very good. The place is very nice, with a large window overlooking the sea. Very good service. View menu

We used to go every year, the 5 inseparable friends, and we were always super happy in every way, exquisite treatment, unbeatable food and what can we say about the location, since one of us was missing, I hadn't gone for 3 years, but I have returned with my family and the experience could not have been better, it has transported me to those days and above all to see that they have not only maintained the quality, but they have increased it in every way, just to say that Congratulations great team!!!! We will return next year God willing. View menu

I can only evaluate the restaurant, which we have visited in four occasions in the last 6 years when we spend our summer vacation in the Cadiz area. It has always been a safe bet for some of the best seafood/fish and amazing views in the province. As business has significantly increased, not only getting a table has become more difficult but the service has deteriorated: less attentive, in a rush and very focused on turning the table for the next customer, so food comes out fast and at the same time. We will continue to go there but hope this feedback will contribute to a return to the old restaurant ways when it was less popular. They have an extensive menu, the food quality and cooking poi...

"Me and my partner came here for our anniversary an LGBT couple). We were “greeted” at the door by a young man that had seen that we were holding hands and smirked then bowed and said “Ni hao” not sure if this was a joke or an insult but already set the evening on a bad note. The restaurant is decorated beautifully. My partner had called ahead and asked for a nice table given we were celebrating. We were given a table next to a wall with no view or lighting, all the nicer tables were reserved for locals. We were then given the menus, not much choice and everything is insanely overpriced. Drinks took 20 mins to reach our table bottle of lemonade and water) after 30 mins we were finally asked what we wanted to eat. We both picked the Solomio steak. We were one of the first tables to order this. My partner was asked how he wanted it cooked and he said medium well but the owner told him he would get it rare. After 40 mins one steak arrived and had to get sent back since it was literally bleeding. 10 mins after this a waiter came to our table to tell us they had run out of the steaks this is an hour after ordering the **** thing. We decided to keep the one steak and leave. We mentioned all this to the owner and received mediocre excuses. They ruined our anniversary dinner and even charged us for bread we didn’t eat. Not much choice to eat in the small town but would recommend literally anywhere else. We come to Cadiz every year and can easily say we won’t be returning to that poor excuse of a restaurant."
