"My daughter and I have just had the pleasure of dining in your delightful pub. I was going to keep you as my secret gem but, when you get everything so right, you deserve that secret to be shared. A warm, friendly welcome, cosy atmosphere, varied menu AND the best tasting and presented food for miles...by far! Excellent decor and food. The halibut steak on gnocchi with various.vegetables and huge mushroom stalks was excellent and a very generous size, as was the tiramisu. I saw another diner's fish and chips huge. Highly recommended.

well a visit eating was excellent and they have huge portions we never wished a starter, since we could not eat all our main staff was very welcoming and friendly n george the dog) was superb helped clear urplatte for them brilliant would definitely recomend and surely go again

The food was excellent which was served in good time by very pleasant staff. The pub is in a very attractive village and has a large carpark. It is best to check/book before going for a meal as it is very popular but if it's only a drink or two there are seats and tables outside. View menu

We had a lovely Sunday dinner on June 5th to celebrate my mom's 88th birthday. The food, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. There were just two minor issues: the pub didn't have sherry, her favorite drink, and the wheelchair ramp was quite short and steep. But we will definitely be returning!

I had an excellent meal that I can't fault in any way. The portions were generous, beautifully presented, and incredibly delicious. The atmosphere was cozy, warm, and relaxed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place! The restrooms were clean but could use a little maintenance.
