"If you are a real foodie visiting or living in or around the port of Mazarron then you need to book a table at Fizz. We have been following chef Eduardo for many years around this area, and his food is always outstanding, No surprise Eduardo now owns his own restaurant with wife Virginia We have pretty much eaten in every restaurant in this port . Fizz is on another level to anywhere else around. Below are the dishes we got to sample Goats cheese crotin, pan fried, to give a crispy outside but smooth and soft in the middle, dressed with basil oil and red pepper chilli jam Foie gras Served with lentils cooked in stock reduction with onions , sweet sultanas , mild morracan flavours Cleverly spiced, without any heat Perfectly delicate Sea bream, pak Choi , spring onions , fish reduction ,sea salt and deep fried lettuce. Duck breast , with deep fried finely sliced sweet potato sticks with sea salt , mash with basil oil , deep fried lettuce , Tamarind with sweet chilli sauce. All these dishes perfectly executed with flair , clever flavour and texture combinations , when food makes you feel emotional , you know it’s good. Great choice of wines , beers and sprits , topped off with experienced friendly service. We went for lunch twice, the food was great. The chicken in honey and mustard sauce was delicious. Great choice of wine, I would thoroughly recommend this place.

Lugar muy tranquilo para disfrutar de muy buenos platos. Varias comidas en este lugar, a la carta, puedes ir con los ojos cerrados. Realmente todo está preparado con mucha atención y sobre todo excelente. te lo recomiendo mucho

We have eaten at Fizz on a number of occasions and are never disappointed. We had an assortment of tapas and each one was wonderful. We took friends for the 1st time and each one said their visit to Fizz was the highlight of the trip

Stylish and modern premises with a tapas menu to match ! Some lovely womes ti chose from. The cheese board was brilliant a selection of different cheese from across Europe. Their papaya bravas are the best I have had home made spicy sauce ?? All dishes are very well presented. Excellent service too.

Gracias a todos en Fizz Gastrobar, Puerto de Mazarrón por una maravillosa experiencia de almuerzo. Teníamos el Menú del Día, que tenía buenas opciones para entrantes, platos principales y postres, y muy buena relación calidad-precio. Definitivamente vamos a estar de vuelta.
