"Have you ever dreamed of eating a full on stacked burger with dirty chips and a pint for breakfast? No me either, but if that is your cup of tea then I have just the place for you. Unusual design that's 24 hours so good for getting food if you have to wait for the trains to start running. Your money will go further here compared to other eats in the area. They're known to do good breakfast, but I had the Philly cheese steak sandwich, also good.

Let's be honest if your looking for an exquisite foodie dining experience this is not the place for you. However if your looking for a good breakfast or carb fest at 2am this is the place. Service is good, food is hot and it's open 24 hours, what more could you want? We had the Philly cheese steak, cheese and bacon chips and tea.

Not very often I have a night out near Liverpool Street the weekend just gone and after the club I knew of this 24hr cafe me an my friends came here. There is seating if you wish to eat in an that is a big bonus. I ordered the classic style hot dog with cheesy chips the food was lovely service was good also. Would come back again.

Open late night, Polo Bar is a great alternative for a greasy donner kebab. Although it is slightly pricey, the food is of good quality and semi healthy. I like the salmon sandwich with wholewheat bread, however the chicken strips are also great if you're looking for something more indulgent. Overall, being situated close to my flat, Polo Bar is a great place to stop by after a night out, and the healthy food is always a plus point. Also, the friendly and helpful staff go a long way!

I've been to Polo Bar a few times, since it's so convenient and is open 24hrs. The food is pretty good generally great burgers, great chicken in a basket, decent shakes. My favourite dish though is the Welsh Rarebit. The seeded granary bread is a good choice and the tomato chutney works really well with the multi cheese topping. A really good light bite. On my last visit I opted for a poached egg on top and was disappointed to find the egg way overcooked. It's a good choice for a convenient meeting place near Liverpool St, although service can sometimes be slow. But generally not too bad. Oh and they do pretty good cakes.

If you're ever around Liverpool street at 4 am in the morning and you are desperately craving some decent food to eat, this is the place to go. The place is nicely decorated in an american-diner theme. But you wouldn't care about the decor at 4 am in the morning, would you? ; There are plenty of seats, so don't worry about not finding any. The staff are really nice. They have a good variety on the menu, so you have a choice of having either dinner or breakfast at 3 am. I went for breakfast and ordered the full english. My friends went for dinner and had a salt beef and a Philly steak. They were both good. In conclusion, you can get a cheap, nice meal at this place, when...read more

By Koray Hussein I try my best to never write a completely negative review and always look for some sort of positive to put forward. At the end of the day, these are people trying to earn a living whether it be by cooking, serving or by running the entire establishment and I don’t want to be the person who goes online and bashes them for slight grievances. Does this mean that I’m incapable of being completely honest and saying when I feel a certain restaurant has provided absolutely awful service? Of course not… And I’m about to prove it. When I first heard about the “24/7 Great British Cafe” Polo Bar, which is just a short walk from Liverpool Street station I got extremely...read more

This place is great! 24 hours in the heart of London is the place to be when your tispy and you need substanence to absorb the liquid courage or a place to go for lunch with family or friends. The staff are friendly and attentive, always smiling and asking you about your day. When i'm there for a snack with my mates, we always order to portions of cheesy chips with real cheese) and a large pot of tea, with is fantastically priced and had about 6 servings. The vegie burger was okay my bun was a little overdone and it was on a small side which is a shame because the portion of the cheesy cheaps are very decent. Whenever I go there, I always have fun, the music they play is cheerful...read more
