"The website said open from 11:45am 11:45pm. Having had a day in Lleida we walked to the restaurant for an early evening meal. 6pm we arrived only to find it shut! A note in the window saying it would re open at 7pm. OK so we killed an hour an returned at 7pm. Still shut!. Finally someone opened the doors at about 7:10pm. We sat down and got some menus. No one came to ask us what we wanted to drink. Eventually we had to call the waiter over to take our order. Bare in mind we are the only people in there! We ordered the platter menu for 4. The way it was described was various starters to share in the middle then rice, naan and 2 different curries to share after. Nope. It all came at once. 1 big dish with rice in and various starters plonked on top. 2 very small curry dishes considering it was meant to feed 4 people. Anyway we started. All through the meal no one came to see if we wanted more drinks or if everything with the meal was OK. The waiter was more pre occupied watching the TV. We were getting towards the end of the meal but 1 of our party was still eating and there was some food still left in the big dish in the center. Suddenly the waiter decides to finally appear and attempts to take the center dish!!! What the hell. We are still eating and it's still got food in. What are you doing!!!! Honestly we couldn't get out of there quick enough. It was a dreadful experience from a bunch of staff who have no idea the meaning of good hospitality service. Would definately not recommend this to my worst enemy. There are hundreds of better restaurants in Lleida. Don't waste your money in this one."

"Tenia muchas ganas de ir,al ver tanta valoracion positiva.Pero nos llevamos una buena decepcion.Las ideas para los platos son buenas,pero la ejecucion deja bastante que desear,a parte de que los platos no se parecen en nada a las fotos de la carta,especialmente el tataki de chuleton,que lleva trozos enormes de grasa y va acompañado de paratas congeladas (a 28euros… .La mozzarella que acompaña la cecina es de baja calidad. El carpaccio de carabineros (a 18euros lo acompañan con las tipicas tostadas Ortiz del super,y ni siquiera le ponen un aceitito o emulsion que le de un poco de sabor.La verdad,me sorprende que esté tan bien situado en tripadvisor,cuando en Lleida hay muchos otros rest de este tipo con tapas de calidad y hechas con gracia.Los dueños muy amables,eso si."

"place for dinner. Even if you have to wait a lot for them to give you a table, something more than an hour doesn't make a reservation, it's worth it. good wine, spectacular steack pier, very good the risotto of Iberian feather, and without words the cecina with cheese and glass bread. the treatment of waiters very good, advising on dishes, if we return to this city of course we will return to kimo without hesitation."

"If you are thinking of coming to this place, don 't think about it twice! It has great location right by the river. We sat outside, given the nice weather and had Yvette as our server. She was extremely helpful and made it an awesome experience, given that the menu had so many delicious options; everything she recommeded, was superb! She even recommeded a delectable wine to pair with my meal. We started our meal with the scrumptious and crunchy Orejas de cerdo patatas bravas and the deliciously, and perfectly made house croquetas. For our main meal we had the Meloso de ternera and I dont think we even needed a knife to cut through it. It melted like butter! Very well cooked and prepared main plate. We finished our delicious meal with the Bombetas de chocolate , but I must say, all of the desserts sounded delicious, it was hard to pick one to pair with a yummy coffee. We will for sure be coming back! Great environment, phenomenal service, ans delicious food. Thank you Yvette for a great night."

"Su imagen evoca a la alta montaña, con un pequeño comedor decorado en madera, paredes rústicas y objetos antiguos, creando un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor. Ofrece una carta de cocina tradicional, elaborada con producto de calidad y el toque de la experiencia personal de la familia Balasch, con una dilatada trayectoria gastronómica. El servicio de sala es profesional y muy amable. Pudimos disfrutar con sus afamados Cargols a la llauna, Ensalada de lechuguitas, foie y vinagreta de cítricos, Rodaballo al horno y un Tartar de atún. Desde el principio al final un disfrute con cada plato, la calidad de la materia prima y la maestría en el tratamiento se hacen patentes en cada uno. El vino elegido para su acompañamiento fue un Enate Crianza. Una agradable cena con una buena relación calidad precio de 101,25 euros para dos personas."
